Our flight was delayed into Munich. Originally suppose to arrive at 8 pm but delayed to 11 pm. Attempted to contact the operator multiple times starting around 5 pm. no answer. simultaneously called Viator to contact operator. Viator also unable to make direct contact. Very unprofessional for "luxury van" service. The operator never contacted me either through phone, email or WhatsApp prior to date of pickup. My son used another munich airport service and they had contacted him one to two days prior to his leaving the US through whatsapp. At the end of the day, I have no idea whether the driver ever got the message about flight delay. I have no idea whether he showed up at the airport. I realized that it was too late for me to cancel when I called but I was trying to courteous to notify him so he would not have to make an unnecessary trip to airport. For this I was rewarded with no response. Zippo. I would definitely NOT recommend this expensive "luxury" service. Extremely low level of professionalism.
