  • This was horrible. The tour was overbooked. WAY overbooked. One small boat showed up and managed to get maybe 1/4th of our group onto the boat. Our options were: wait for another boat or join another tour. I don't actually know if things would have been any different if we had gone on the tour we were supposed to be on. However we ended up impeding on another group who had paid for their own tour. There weren't enough seats since it was raining heavily and people couldn't sit outside. It was incredibly cramped. On this tour, we only got a quick demonstration on Murano and 15 minutes in the gift shop. Not even enough time to go through the showroom luckily I had seen it before but many people missed out. I also didn't want just a stop at the Murano factory. I wanted to SEE THE ISLAND. That didn't happen. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

  • This was a great way to get to these three islands for a very reasonable price. Our guide was quite sweet and spoke in several languages. A good tour. :-

  • This was not a tour. We were taken to the 3 different locations with no guide and no indication of what was available at each stop. The glass stop was ok - the glass company had a presenter who was able to speak english but overall the trip was very disappointing and I would not recommend it.

  • it was a great family experiance
