A lot was packed into this half day tour with three islands, a glass factory and lace making shop included so the time for exploring the islands was necessarily short. Both the glass factory and lace shop were worth the visit with informed talks from representatives of both with opportunities to purchase from both. The time available to wander round the islands was enough to give a flavour of them which encouraged us to take a vaporreto day ticket to explore them further. The tour guide was well informed and gave commentary during the trip. Overall well organised and most enjoyable.

Highly recommend as it does exactly what is described. But the real jewel of this tour is Torcello. Next time, I'll spend the entire afternoon there.

This was horrible. The tour was overbooked. WAY overbooked. One small boat showed up and managed to get maybe 1/4th of our group onto the boat. Our options were: wait for another boat or join another tour. I don't actually know if things would have been any different if we had gone on the tour we were supposed to be on. However we ended up impeding on another group who had paid for their own tour. There weren't enough seats since it was raining heavily and people couldn't sit outside. It was incredibly cramped. On this tour, we only got a quick demonstration on Murano and 15 minutes in the gift shop. Not even enough time to go through the showroom luckily I had seen it before but many people missed out. I also didn't want just a stop at the Murano factory. I wanted to SEE THE ISLAND. That didn't happen. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

This was a great way to get to these three islands for a very reasonable price. Our guide was quite sweet and spoke in several languages. A good tour. :-

This was not a tour. We were taken to the 3 different locations with no guide and no indication of what was available at each stop. The glass stop was ok - the glass company had a presenter who was able to speak english but overall the trip was very disappointing and I would not recommend it.
