Know More about this tour

Navigate through the Venetian Lagoon to reach the islands and enjoy the view!
The island of Murano is the first stop of this excursion: you will have a chance to enter a glass factory and see the masters working the glass as they have been doing for centuries and then visit the center of the island.
Second stop of this half day excursion is Burano, famous for the colorful fishermen's houses and for the traditional handmade laces.
Torcello is the third and last stop of this tour. The island is the first to be inhabited in the Venetian lagoon and still shows the traces of its origins.
The church of Santa Fosca stands in the main square of Torcello and is a fine example of venetian-byzantine style.
In the middle of Torcello stands the ancient Attila's throne.
Cross the Devil's Bridge which still preserves the shape of the ancient Venetian bridges
The boat leaves from St'Mark's Square, which you will have the chance to admire from a different perspective.

I never got my refund for this trip. It was cancelled by trip advisor. It has been 7 weeks. It upset lot of my travel plans and I had to buy this excursion on my own last minute.

Whilst the islands were lovely, the time on each was too small and the guide was difficult to understand. I would recommend going via waterbus using a day ticket, raking more time.

Terrible experience, expected a guided tour, instead we travelled with a commercial vaporetto, the guide said some unaudible things while we were on board, then it was by ourselves when we got to the islands. So you pay just for the transportation.

If it says Torcella, skip it! A few ruins, a handful of restaurants and private homes. Select the option with only Murano and Burano. We were funneled through a glass blowing demonstration, which while interesting, took too long and prevented us from exploring ANY other areas of Murano. Burano was delightful! Get the most of those two alone.

Good experience but not worth the price. If you have the water bus pass you can do it on your own. Torcello wasnt fun at all, nothing there but eats up time. Burano needs more time, a lot to see there but we didn't have time. In summary, your paying for the tour which we couldn't even hear the guide on the boat because their speakers are too loud and you only hear static only.

Excellent value. Murano glass shops have beautiful items. Would have liked more time to shop. Loved seeing the colorful island of Burano with lace.

The instructions to collect the tickets were so unclear that we ended up walking around in circles for over an hour to find the pick up point. The ticket office listed did not exist at all. By the time I managed to get though to someone over the phone, it was already past the departure time. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude to me. Just by reading some of the other reviews, it is clear this is a problem for a lot of other people. The person on the phone then told me it was actually the information desk where the tickets were supposed to be collected from. No where on the instructions does it even mention an information desk. I then confirmed with her it was the correct information desk and described the location and the colour and she said she did not know (even though she just told me it was that spot) and yelled at me over the phone to ask them again. By this time the tour had already departed so there really was no point walking back around in circles to find the tickets. I’m extremely disappointed that we did not make it to the tour, but you can purchase water bus tickets to all the islands anyway from the water bus ticket office right outside the train station. There is no need to spend money on this tour and deal with this rude and unprofessional company when you can visit everything in your own time. I’m sure the tour would have been lovely but really not worth all this hassle.

This was a fantastic tour , our guide Alexander was so very kind and hospitable. He provided a prosecco breakfast and his knowledge was humbling. The Captain of the boat was also fantastic, when we had walked the beautiful streets of Burano , there was a hot pizza waiting for us on the boat . My only criticism would be that the glass tour is all about buying the glass . I’d consider missing the glass tour to avoid the pressure of the salesman . Be assured the rest of the trip is fantastic! Alexander and his captain made this trip !

Merano glass blowing tour was excellent? Burano was beautiful. The tour guide explained very clearly. Great afternoon out.

Unfortunately, our google maps took us to the wrong address for pick up and we did not make the ferry to go out on the day activity. It would be amazing if any way we could be given a credit for the missed excursion as we entered the address that was given to us for the meeting spot. Appreciate any help given. Cheers
