This was the worst experience of my holiday!!! I confirmed as requested, but I received faulty information on three counts...wrong time (off by 3 hours), wrong dock (they sent me to an abandoned building) and wrong boat.. As a women travelling with her daughter I was very uncomfortable and both the tour company and the on island tour agent did not take amy responsibility for the confusion. The tour itself was a bust because of high winds, the snorkelling was murky, and we couldn't get off the boat for lunch or a swim. I would not recommend this tour company or again.
