  Crew was excellent! No rushed, great spot to snorkel and they were always watching us to make sure everyone was safe. Alex was very informative and a pleasure yo talk to. Host and bartender were funny and make you feel welcome. Id you staying at Atlantis, I highly recommend since no need for taxi. Departure site is right across Marina Village behind Margarita village.

  We had 6 (two adults and four teens) take the 1 pm Monday, July 17th trip. There were approximately 20-25 on our trip. (We had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for some stragglers to arrive. I believe they were coming from a cruise ship - MSC cruise line). We were coming from Baha Mar and it was around a $45 - 15 minutes ride. Note: getting the same price on the return trip to the resort was a struggle but down with a bit of haggling. Overall, the 3 hour trip was perfect so we could also get back and enjoy Baha Mar. We did not go very far out - 45 minute ride However, the boat rides there and back were relaxing and the reef we stopped at was pretty good. We saw fish immediately and probably near 100+ fish with 10-15 different types. The equipment. Was good - mask and swim vest. Access on and off the boat was good (jumping or a staircase) and we always felt safe. The reef was good not great but overall it hit the spot. The boat: (1) the crew were all great! The boat was good. (2) Tip: if going in the afternoon get on the boat early if you want/need shade . (Note: they waited until everyone arrived and then let folks on all at once.) There were probably 12-14 seats in the shade under cover. Plenty of area in the sun for anyone on the rides. (3) the drinks were good and plentiful on the ride back. Try the rum punch and pineapple rum drink. (4) no snacks provided! I recommend bringing some!

  They did not have a record or know anything about our scheduled trip when we arrived. We are requesting a refund from Viator. This company said they cater to cruise ships not individuals. They said Viator did not confirm this trip with them.

  Enjoyed sailing & snorkeling! Boat crew were lots of fun and made our experience a great trip. Would recommend.

  We loved sailing on the catamaran in the beautiful turquoise water. The Rainbow Reef had lots of colorful fish and also a large sea turtle. We would loved this excursion and would totally do it again if given the chance!

  We had a wonderful time on the Seahorse Sailing Snorkel Tour. The boat was very large and comfortable with many different areas for people to spread out. That, combined with the relatively fewer number of people on our particular trip, gave us plenty of room to spread out, so we never felt cramped on the boat. The snorkeling equipment was in very good condition and easy to use. The process of distributing the equipment was organized and easy. The reef we went to off of Athol Island was close by but offered lots of fish to see and very clear conditions. We even say an octopus. The open bar after snorkeling was lots of fun, and together with the music and the fun personalities of the bar tender, first make and captain, it was a really fun time. I would highly recommend this tour.

  The most fun adventure of our holiday! The crew was so fun and professional and really made this boat trip and snorkeling adventure into a great day The coral reef we snorkeled on was really beautiful

  My wife and I were so blown away by this company! After a competitor (Ocean Oasis 7) canceled our reservation at the last minute with no notice, this company worked so hard to make a way for us to be able to join and went far and above to make sure we made it back to our ship on time. I wasn't expecting much from Snorkeling in the Bahamas, but the area they took us to was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely do this again if given the opportunity.

  Bait and switch! Company gives all cruise line passengers priority including on the day of your reservation. Therefore, if you book well in advance like we did while staying at the Atlantis you get bumped to a different boat when they need more seats for cruisers. This company has no problem telling you that when you arrive at check in for your snorkel trip. They will also give you your money back if you don't want to go on the backup boat option. Very sad and unnecessary experience to have when on vacation. I'm surprised that Viator still works with this vendor. I would not book again.

  Saw lots of different fish with easy snorkeling. We were on Seahorse 3 with Captain Davis. He was very nice. I sat next to him for about half an hour and just talked. Crew was very nice as well. Our earlier snorkeling on a cruise was really disappointing. This did not disappoint. The anchor right at the edge of the reef. All you really need t do is float.
