Our experience was amazing! Roy was our guide and he was able to teach and show us so much about the area and animals. We really felt like we had an advantage over everyone else that was not with Roy. The food was so good and they accommodated our vegan diet. 100% worth it!!!

Ericka and Joel are PURA VIDA, they were the best tour guides and made it all worth it. Ericka knows EVERYTHING, she is a really well prepared tour guide, she shows animals, their behaviors, fun facts, she knows about plants, history, culture, she is the guide you wold tale anywhere in Costa Rica. Great photographer also!!!! Joel is super fun to be around, great driving and also gives fun facts, he is really good at spotting animals too and he fills you with PURA VIDA.

We had an awesome time with Raul on this tour. Very attentive, very knowledgeable and the tour had a good pacing (Not too fast, not too slow). We got to see a lot of birds and animals along the way too. Highly recommend this tour package to see all the good spots in La Fortuna in one day.

Our trip was amazing! Everything was planned out perfectly and paced well. We had a great group and Raul, our tour guide, kept us informed, entertained, and happy! We were in great hands with him. He also took photos of us throughout the trip. I highly recommended this tour!!!

This was a fabulous tour! The combination of activities was perfect, not too physically demanding with lots of interesting things to see and do. Raoul and Jorge were excellent hosts! Raoul is a truly superb tour guide. He appeared happy and engaged the entire day, always on the lookout for a cool animal or plant, and telling us some interesting facts. His love for his job was very apparent. They even managed to find us a sloth on the drive between activities! Lunch (casado with your choice of protein) was delicious, with a nice variety on the plate. The day was very smooth logistically, from pick-ups, to tips about what to take with you vs. leave in the van on the excursions. Overall, we loved this tour and would absolutely recommend it!

A truly fabulous experience! Having a guide like Ericka who can explain and point out things we would have missed along the way was so worthwhile. She was amazing — very helpful and friendly and took amazing photos of us. Lunch was tasty. Everything was so well planned for the best experience possible. Highly recommend!

Our guide Ericka was awesome. Henry our driver was safe and professional. The company promptly picked us up in a beautiful spacious van. Though out the day We took a few extra stops not even mentioned in the description for a bonus ( chocolate shop/ place they make chocolate) and sloth viewing . Hike was fun and mild - anyone in moderate shape can handle the day. Our 9 year old did great and I think any semi active child as young as 6 would have enjoyed this. Most strenuous part was the 500 steps back up from the waterfall. Lunch was in a restaurant and totally delicious and filling. All legs of the tour were great from the volcano hike to the hanging bridges to the waterfall. Great way to spend a day in Arenal . Recommend!

We went in the raining season, highly recommended for couples. We saw some awesome howler monkeys, swinging overhead during the hanging bridge tour. The view is breathtaking!!!!
