  • I wasn't impressed with the booking process with this company. On a Friday I booked a tour for the next day, Saturday. On Friday evening, I received a call asking if I was coming to the tour that night. When I told them I booked it for the next day, they said they would have to reschedule it. When I called the next day to make sure we were still on the tour for that night, I was told that since I was on the list for the night before, they would have to reschedule it... I'm not sure why I would need to be rescheduled when I was going on a tour the day I registered and payed for.

We arrived for the trip before time and were near the door of the check in, we were the last ones checked in even after people who hadn't paid were checked in before we were. The drivers discussed which bus we would go on and we were squeezed into the last 2 seats on a bus. The seat in front of us was broken and leaned back, we were barely able to fit in the set on the wheel well and to have the seat in front of us broken, made the trip very uncomfortable as the seat and the person in front of us was leaning into our seat.

We were with a group that took too long in the 2nd cemetery tour so our trip was cut short because we didn't have the time to finish the entire tour.

We were very disappointed in the tour and almost left halfway through because of the group and the uncomfortable trip.

It seemed like it would have been a very enjoyable tour if we had been able to be comfortable and take the entire tour. The tour guide seemed to know the area and cemeteries. He was very polite, but maybe too polite to have part of our tour lost for more then 20 min...

  • First of all, the tour was overbooked. The tour bus was not big enough to accommodate all the people. We had to wait a half and hour for another bus to come before we got started and then the tour was cut short because we got a late start. The tour guide played music so loud we could hardly hear what he was saying. Also, he did not tell any good stories, folk lore, or the like. The tour guide was very nice, just had some issues I hope they will correct.
