  We were really excited for this trip on NYE and I cannot explain the absolute mess if turned out to be. The '6 hour cruise' that is being sold, is actually only 3 hours. We arrived at the dock at 7:50pm and waited for 2.5 hours until we actually got on the boat. When we got onto the boat, we were rudely asked if we had a reservation and then shoved onto the end of antoher parties table. They massively oversell the tour too so you are rammed together on the boat. By the time we were actually seated it was nearly 10:30pm. We hardly received any food and they also ran out of drinks too. I would not recommend booking with this tour company. Other boats we saw around us looked extremely organised and covid safe too. Please look around first before booking your tour and I would recommend booking directly with a company. NYE was ruined this year and I wouldn't want anybody else to make that mistake in future! When we tried to ask for a 50% refund to compensate for the miss sold tour '6 hours', which is actually '3 hours', we were simply told no. Very bad customer service from Viator!

  I requested this tour week ago and informed them about my hotel name and no one come to pick me from hotel or reply to my calls and they charge me the full amount it’s the worse Experiance ever and I will stop use this application the trust is zero and I will tell everyone about it

  Réussi le tout mais le repas était moyen , le taxi était à l heure l ambiance était là malgré que la moitié des clients ne dansaient pas mais le d j assurait. Beau réveillon dans l ensemble
