This is the only “scam” that ever got me! Paid for 3 attractions over 9 days. Went to the first attraction ok, then that was it!! Made contact to complain that it had ended after just one day to be told “no refunds”. Asked for help for another 2 attractions & told no refunds! (Not what I asked.) Totally robbed! False advertisement!! Should not be allowed to scam like this!! I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION!! *******STAY AWAY*********!!!!!!!!!

the city pass is definitely worth it, it’s makes it so much easier don’t have to wait in long lines for tickets & love that they are sent directly to your phone

I would absolutely not use Viator to purchase ur city pass. We spent over £400 on a 5 excursion ticket to use when in New York. Here now, went up Empire State building and now can not use tickets any further. Customer service can not help and will not issue a refund. This has ruined our holiday. Will definitely not use this service again and will be advising everyone I know of the same. Disgraceful!

Dayna was out Tour guide and Miguel was the driver. They made a great team getting us in and out in a nice timely matter. They provided us with cold waters and the van was clean and comfy. I really enjoyed Dayna’s love and appreciation for NYC . She had lots of great info and stories. She was funny and sweet. I would want them again if I had to do the tour again. Thank you for a great day you two!

Well worth the cash. Got the New York pass and visited 5 attractions. I’ve not worked out the savings but it’s a LOT. Booked the Statue of Liberty but had to change the time. Called the help desk number rather than mess about online and the guy was great and changed the booking time with no issue. You get a QR code on the app and the attractions are all used to the app so are happy to scan it to and let you in. Had no issues at all with it . If you’re a cheapskate google the most expensive attractions and use your pass for those. To get the best value. We did. Bus tour, empire state, circle line boat trip (amazing), top of the Rock .. and something else I can’t remember as I’m full of Brooklyn lager.

Very easy to use and nice that all of our tickets were in one place. Had no issues cancelling our reservation to the Empire State Building because of fog and rescheduling for a different day. We ended up being early to our reservations to the Statue of Liberty ferry, 9/11 Museum & Museum of Natural History but they were all accommodating allowed us to enter early.
-
A complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought 2 passes and only attended one. The other attractions were fully booked. We thought, no problem we'll go another day, only problem is CityPASS hid the fact that you have to use the tickets within 9 days so when we rescheduled our visit, it was too late. Never again!

We booked City Pass for myself, my wife and two children. When we were looking at booking attractions in advance of our holiday, we found that booking them direct was very, very expensive. We used City Pass which enabled us to book 5 attractions. This was excellent value, we saved around $400. When I was booking one of the attractions, I accidentally booked the wrong date. I only realised this when we were on the queue at the attraction itself. I explained the error to the person and they said the fact it was booked through City Pass! It was okay and they let us through. Overall I'd give City Pass 10/10.

Not waiting in massive queue's to buy tickets . And getting them at a discounted price . Lots and lots of attractions to book . Would highly recommend . Wil def use this site again in the future

Very well organized and top-service (tickets Empire State re-scheduled due to bad weather conditions; they arranged it all; thank you so much)
