So first the bus was late, then the tour guide finally showed up and we finally got started. Oh and shortly after, we got clipped by another bus trying to pass us near Columbus Circle. So you'd think this is going to be a bad review. Not at all. Our tour guide, Stephanie, had such a spirit and energy about her that it overcame all that. I love movies and to have the clips playing as we drove around was genius. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the background information and seeing the actual sites where some of the scenes had taken place. I mentioned to Stephanie that my wife and I had watched "Serendipity" on the plane, so seeing that place and hearing some of the stories was really cool. Stopping to view some of the Christmas windows was a treat and I'm really glad that was part of the trip as well. I am not sure we would have been able to see those on our visit if not for this tour. Riding down Fifth Avenue - amazing. All in all, this was a nice way to spend our first night in NYC and I thank Stephanie for making it so enjoyable.

Liked that we were able to get out and take pictures and shop. Our tour guide was friendly. Would have liked to see the areas in the park where they filmed Home Alone 2 and Elf.

We were on the final tour of the season on New Year's Day & tbh we were a little disappointed. Our tour guide, Amadeo, was very friendly & personable but everything we'd read about the tour suggested it lasted 2.5 hours & it only actually took 1.5 hours at the very most. We had 3 brief stops, Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf Goodman's & Macey's for photo opportunities but that was it. Most of the info given focussed on Elf & Home Alone and we did wonder if the tour was in any way restricted due to road closures following the new year's celebrations but if this was the case it certainly wasn't relayed to us. Would put me off ever doing another tour should we ever visit again.

The itinerary says you stop at all the locations and we only got to get out at two stops. They also don’t drop you off where they pick up at. So you have to walk or taxi to where your going.

If I had to use one word to describe this tour, THAT is the word I would use. It was Christmas night, every one was in the mood and Stephanie, our tour guide, did an excellent job keeping us all engaged! The movie clips were on point and she gave us ample time at each stop to get up close to the sights and take pictures. I was traveling alone, but I did not feel lonely. Great Job, Stephanie!
