Country life, rice fields, farms, handicraft workshops, and a countryside market what you can expect on your full-day bike tour.
In the morning, start your journey to the countryside of Nha Trang with a distance of 12 miles (20 km). On the way, see rural sights like rice fields, orchards, cattle, and buffalo, which are typical of the Vietnamese countryside. Under the open skies of the tropical environment, you also can feel the wind from the sea, so your ride should be enjoyable.
Meet local people on the road and learn more about their daily lives. If you wish, you can stop and try your hand at local farming on the rice paddy. You will also visit handicraft workshops, where some farmers supplement their income with this second industry during their less busy time of year. You might see charcoal stove (pottery) making, sedge mat weaving, baking, rice paper making, conical hat making, and more. You are more than welcome to learn about and participate the process, if you wish.
Visit a 180-year-old house to have a cup of tea in the beautiful bonsai and fruit garden, and check out Long Son Pagoda, known for its giant white Buddha statue on the hilltop. Lunch at a restaurant on the riverside is included during your tour.
You'll end with transfer back to your hotel.
