We had a very good guide. She was very friendly and informative. The coach was clean and tidy. Touring around Niagra falls and seeing where it all started was very good, also seeing the whirlpool was interesting. Went up the viewing tower and the views were spectacular and so beautiful. World recommend this trip it was worth every penny.

Tom did a really good tour . Kept us informed of the things to and see. at each stop.
Pick-up was on time. we had a very great day seeing both US and Canadian Falls

Nancy was our tour guide and did a really nice job, especially maneuvering around SIX coaches in line to go through the crossing to the US side. Appreciated the many different views of the falls, featured by the Maid of the Mist voyage. Unfortunately we ran into a packed food court with several buses getting there before us.

Our tour was awesome. Our tour guide Paul was pleasant, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we saw as much as possible. His stories and history made the tour more interesting. We saw so much and really got an appreciation for the area. The Maid of the Mist was a really cool, albeit wet, experience. Would recommend this tour to anyone interested in getting a full falls experience.

Very efficient tour took us to all the sites. It was longer than we expected but they did give us time to eat lunch and shop. Excellent driver and tour guide names Neva the Diva. She went out of her way to accommodate my handicap husband. We were able to enjoy all the sites thanks to her pulling the van close to site. Wish they had provided water on the bus. Very hot.
