This tour ended up being a lot cooler than I expected. I booked it online and found an online promo for 10 percent off. I did not indicate a pick up location during the booking. However, they sent me an e-mail to confirm a pick up location. On the date of the tour, I called the actual tour company (not Viator) to confirm a time for pick up. The agent confirmed a window and the tour guide showed up on time. Would like to thank Brandon for being a funny and informative tour guide, For the dinner portion, the food was okay. My only knock is our waters were never refilled and there was a hair in one of the desserts. In the end, lighting up the Falls was definitely the highlight of the tour. You learn so much about the history of lighting the Falls and you get to select a color or two.

Nick was a gracious guide. The tour was a great way of getting your bearings on what is where.
The view of the Horseshoe falls from where we were seated for our meal was super - the meal itself was ok - the ribs seemed to go down better than the chicken, looking at our companions meals.
The boat ride was spectacular - as were the fireworks.
Changing the colours of the lights was an experience - and, surprisingly, you can change the colours for both the American and the Horseshoe falls.
We had a great evening - we felt the tour was well worth doing and are happy to recommend it to our friends. -
The night tours was really nice. The dinner was good, the view from the restaurant was exceptional and the service was fine. The boat wasn't to full and provided good views of the falls at night. Braydon did an excellent job. He got us to each of the locations in a timely manner, was very informative about the area and attractions. The best part of the tour was when we got to tour the lighting control room and change the colors of the lights shining on the falls.

This combo event on the Canadian side was fantastic. As one destination folded into the next, the night just kept generating WOW moments. Operator "front of line" was a real perk.

I was a little skeptical with the amount of money for this event. However, I read the reviews and figured it was worth a shot. Our tour guide was great and full of knowledge. The dinner had fairly good food and was a fun way to chat with the other members on the tour. The boat tour was fun and more relaxing in the night atmosphere. My favorite was being able to change the lights on the falls. I guess only 8,000 of the 30 million people who visit the falls get to do it. Such interesting history we were informed of that went with it.

The best tour ever!!! Sorry, Matthew, I said I would use big words describing this review lol! Matthew was an amazing guide. He is so intelligent, intellectual, smart, funny, patient, polite, informative and just all around an amazing person. He kept my 11 year old niece interested and she was quite fond of him. Matthew is a local resident and knows a lot about the area. His timing for everything is impeccable. He picked us up at the hotel with a big smile and a warming welcome. Kept the conversation alive and we did not hear crickets during the vehicle ride (haha). He explained everything very thoroughly; answered all of our questions (dumb or not). He definitely earned his tips. The tour is great! You get to see the falls in the daylight and at night (can't get better than this). First stop was dinner (I eat everything, but because my Mom doesn't eat certain types of meat because of her beliefs, in respect of that I did not eat the ribs-which looked delish!). Overall, dinner was yummy. Had time to wander around Niagara Falls area and then return back to the vehicle-to Matthew. Then we went on our cruise-AMAZING!!!! You do get a little soaked, but if you have your raincover they provide, you will be fine. My niece got a little cold-it started raining and came down pretty hard, towards the end of the cruise-and there was fireworks. For me and my personality, rain, fireworks, night time on the water and Niagara Falls-a recipe for EVERYTHING IS PERFECT IN MY WORLD!!! :) After cruise, we got a treat to go up to the light controls for Niagara Falls. We got to play around with the lights that light up the falls (yup, it was awesome much!). Don't miss out on this dinner and cruise. It is so worth the money and give your guide a nice tip-they do a phenomenal job, I believe. Matthew was super fantastic. I hope he is still there, when I return to visit the Falls in winter. I told him I will find him lol! Not creepy at all-right? hehe! Aside from my big crush on Matthew; your trip can't get any better than this, I promise you. I can't speak for all guides (but, I am sure they almost as good as Matthew), but I doubt they are terrible. I am a skeptical and very picky person, especially, when I pay a lot of money for something, but this was well worth every penny spent. God bless you and your trip.

Our experience was awesome. Our tour guide, Michael, was wonderful. He was very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and funny. The tour itself was so cool. After a wonderful meal by the Falls, we were able to experience the Hornblower and the Falls at night. The changing lights are awe inspiring. Then watched the fireworks from the boat on the water. The final price of the tour, getting to actually change the colors of the lights on the Falls, was the best part. It is a neat experience that everyone should try!!

We were picked up late because they did not have enough cars. Then they rushed us to the restaurant. By the time we ordered and had our soup and salad it was too late to wait for main course and desert. They packed the food. Rushed us to the boat. Rushed us to the observatory. When I got to the hotel the food was cold and I had to through it out. Very very very bad!!!!

Our guide Michael took great care of us as we traveled between the 3 venues.
We really liked doing the boat at night - a great perspective for the fireworks.
The illumination tower felt like a really personal experience, and dinner at Elements was better food than I expected. Enjoyed talking with the other guests in our group - nice total group size of 7. -
If you are on a intimate date do not use this . They will group you with others and rush you through your food. Assembly-line style .
