Folks, it’s always about the people who makes your experience better. The travel guide looks like Alec Baldwin is Amazing. We not only got there safer, but faster. These guys know in n outs of the town. Definitely recommend this it’s worth your time and $.
Our Driver Tony was fenomenal with the driving and explanation of the whole tour. The stops and timing were ok. Recommended
Outstanding tour! Great way to see all of Niagra in a short period of time. Clean, comfortable bus and excellent tour guide.
Tour guide was great! We didn't get a lot of traffic so they fitted in a couple extra stops. It was so nice to see it all. The guide was very informative and great personality. Would recommend this tour
the tour wasn’t negative or positive, it was pretty in the middle pros - Eli was friendly and informative - Niagara falls were spectacular (obviously) - plenty of time to explore and have lunch - bus was comfortable and there were charging ports cons - pick up was scheduled for 8:10 but we were picked up at around 8:40 - scheduled end time was 16:15 but we got back to Toronto at 18:50 - everyone was tired by the journey home but the music was so loud on the bus we couldn’t nap 😂 it is a very long day, if you’re not particularly interested in visiting niagara on the lake (a nearby town) then look to going on your own as this added a lot of time on the end of the day when I was already knackered. being jet lagged didn’t help the situation either!
We had great experience visiting Niagara Falls with our tour guide Tony. Learned some new info, had some fun and will highly recommend it!
We visited the falls on October 30th as part of a 2 week vacation from the UK, starting in Toronto. Pickup was on time, where we were greeted by Ed, who was very friendly and welcoming. Ed was very knowledgeable and shared his personal background and some of the sights en route (despite the super foggy conditions), which fortunately lifted by the time we reached the falls… Our first stop was at the quaint Niagara on the lake, where we had ample time to stretch our legs and get a coffee and a bite to eat. Subsequent stops at the hydro power station and the whirlpool rapids were also enjoyable - giving adequate time to enjoy the views and take a few photos. It helped being part of a smaller group (~24?) as loading/unloading was efficient. We then headed onto the falls, where we had two drop offs - the latter being where we had a 3 hour stop, starting with the hornblower boat cruise (definitely recommended to add to your booking), and then free time to explore the surrounding area and grab lunch before heading back to the coach. Finally we headed back to downtown Toronto, where we were dropped off at the pick up location just before 5pm as planned. When I booked the trip I weren’t sure what to expect, as we’re not usually fans of coach tours - but I have to say we were very impressed with the tour, accompanied by a very knowledgeable and friendly driver and tour guide, Ed! Overall a very memorable and enjoyable visit to the incredible Niagara falls!
Our driver Tony was terrific. Nice, clean, bus. Tony gave us recommendations and fun facts about the different areas we drove through.
The boat trip into the falls was an amazing and breathtaking experience. Nature in all its beauty and power. We had Tony as our driver/guide for the day and couldn't have asked for anyone better. Friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. The whole day went smoothly as planned. Thank you.
I really enjoyed this tour - everything was really clearly explained. It was easy and relaxing and we got to see a lot. The tour guide had a lot of anecdotes about the area and was talking on the microphone for most of the drive. It was a great bonus to get so much local knowledge and information about Toronto and learn all about the area. Niagara Falls itself is as breathtaking as described - it is worth the trip. The place is full of gimmicky tourist attractions and different ways to do the falls. On this tour we did the boat. Seeing all the other options in person (the zipline, tunnel etc), I think the boat was the best way to experience the falls and really FEEL the power of the water and the mist.
