  Absolutely fantastic experience! We lucked out with driver John--great tidbits of Niagara history and special places to see between wineries. You can tell this is more than a job to him and that he is passionate about his work.

  Terrible customer service and we ended up paying for a tour that didn’t happen, so I advise others to look else where, another company where they will treat you like actual customers. The full story as below: We called the number on the website and left multiple messages for a week or 2 before we got a reply to ask us to email them instead and refuse to provide us with more info on the call, and was told that the info on the website is outdated. We emailed them and waited for another week before we got the info we were looking for, we wanted to stay with this one because the “good” reviews they received. After confirming to book via email we got no confirmation back where we had to call and follow up to realize that they will send confirmation and instructions the night before the wine tour. A month later, the weekend we were suppose to head down to Niagara, we received the email on Friday night that our tour is ready for Saturday. The problem was we booked it for Sunday! We tried to reach the rep from Friday night and scrambling to figure out what to do as this will completely ruin our weekend plans. We reply explaining that that’s not the right date but come Saturday afternoon still no reply or return call even though we left multiple messages. I quickly found another wine tour that actually has customer service and booked a tour on the spot for Sunday because we were not getting any replies and we’re not sure what’s happening. Late Saturday night we finally got a reply saying that there’s no refunds or rescheduling allowed, but they will give us one time exception to rebook it for Sunday for $25/person. As mentioned, we already made other plans since we didn’t get a reply so we asked to change it to later dates (at this time I just didn’t want to waste the booking) so we suggest that they give us a date in the future and we will make it. Because we can always have more wine, however, to this day a month or 2 later we have not heard back or had a call returned. Very unhappy, but it’s a lesson learned that when customer service started off bad we should have known from the start.

  My two adult sons, my husband and I had an excellent wine tour by bike with our guide, Mark, at Wheels and Wine. We cycled from winery to winery on the back roads and the Niagara Parkway on a beautiful fall day. Mark was very hospitable and talked about the wineries we were visiting and their different specialties. He made a point of cycling alongside each of us to talk to us individually. Mark was definitely the key to a very enjoyable outing.

  Got off to a bit of a rocky start. Bought our tour from an online e-commerce coupon site. Unfortunately, it wasn't set up very well and it seemed we wouldn't be able to be picked up by the shuttle in Niagara Falls, but instead would have to meet the tour in NOTL. However, after a couple of days, Carrie managed to straighten this out for us and the shuttle picked us up as planned. Our tour guide, David took us to 4 wineries in the NOTL region. Hare, Di Stefano, Nomad and Reif. Hare and Reif seemed larger and more commercial. The presentations were less personal and seemed they were more set up for selling wine and/or merchandise. Di Stefano (our favourite) and Nomad were smaller and more intimate. We tried 3 or 4 wines at each stop. Only the last (Reif) had some food (cheese) to pair with the wine, but we knew this going in. We ended up with a few bottles of wine and had a really fun afternoon. If you book, make sure you call the tour and confirm your pickup info. Make sure you eat before you go. It was about 5 hours overall, with no food, so you have to be prepared. Overall, we enjoyed it and would do it again.

  Donna was our tour guide for our first annual friend weekend. She was knowledgeable about all local wineries. Her service was amazing and our group of 10 experienced Niagara on The Lake through VIP service. Highly recommended!!! Planning another trip soon.

  All the wineries we visited were very fun & informative. We were especially impressed with De Simone Vineyards, where the owner actually does the wine tastings. He will even sign any bottles that you buy. John, our tour guide was amazing & fun. We have been to Niagara-On-The-Lake numerous times as we live in the niagara region yet he was able to tell us & show us so many interesting things that we never knew. We had a wonderful day from start to finish! Thanks John!!!
