Well this trip was definitely not a shop till you drop shopping day, after visiting a couple of sightseeing places , we eventually got to Nicosia and was only given just over 2 hours to have lunch and do a little bit of shopping , and then return to the coach to be returned to our hotels etc, like myself there were quite a few of other people on the trip that felt let down very much and like all we’re expecting a full days shopping trip, advice for future people please check it out properly before you book ,

Absolutely fantastic trip. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The transfer to and from Nicosia was seamless and it was well worth the money. My only negative comment would be we didn’t get much time to explore Greek Nicosia and Turkish Nicosia. Overall we had an absolute blast- what a great experience 😎👍

A really excellent trip and great value for money! We were picked up on time at our location - the guide talked extensively about the history of Cyprus and it made the slightly longer drive to Nicosia extremely interesting. We stopped for a coffee mid way and arrived in Nicosia late morning. We were guided to the Ambassador’s Palace and church which was beautiful, and then taken further into Nicosia where we had 2 hours for shopping, lunch and to cross the border into Northern Cyprus. A really fascinating experience. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the coach on the way home but the tour company dispatched another bus very quickly for us to swap too. Really impressive service and would highly recommend the tour as a great way to get to Nicosia from Paphos and learn a bit of history on the way.

I thought it was 'just' a drop off and pick up day trip but Sopia the guide shows us some areas of the city on the way which made it much more interesting. The unusual aspect of the trip was that there was no tray to leave a small tip for both guide and driver on being dropped off.

Guides history of the island. Visited Nicosia 25 years ago, enjoyed seeing the changes to the city. The observation tower is well worth a visit.

The bus was comfortable. The drive was interesting. The guide informative. Trip over the 'border' disappointing. Just for tourists!!

  • 10-Apr-2023

Trip was OK but Nicosia going into the Turkish are was a BIG disappointment - it all looked the same and just tourist trash!!

Disappointing, very disappointing; Full day shopping tour - we had 2 hours shopping, and if you wanted lunch it was within the 2 hours. Pick up was over 30 minutes late. The driver or the tour guide did not acknowledge my disability. I was not allowed to sit in the front (reserved disabled seats) and whenever we stopped the tour guide just took of at a rate. In Nicosia we were left behind the rest, to make our own way. Please note, I have mobility issues, I walk with crutches, a bit slower than most. But previous guides in Cyprus, Italy, Spain, etc have always checked where I was, and how I was coping.
