My tour started at 8am on Saturday, and I arrived at 7am. There is no address of the meeting point on the voucher, and I was looking for it over 2 hours! It is very confusing me as there is no sign at all! The tour guide, Arsa of Brastours Company asked me come back for the tour on Monday, but I would leave Rome on Sunday! It was totally a cheated tour, and I want my money back!

Absolute waste of money. It’s only like €10/€12 euro to buy on the day and this was no quicker. Same amount of time waiting, actually would be quicker to not use this as it takes time to wait and the meeting point for the guide etc by then you could just go early and beat the crowd. Don’t recommend.

I arrived St Peter's Basilica at 7:15am, and was looking for the meeting point over 2 hours but still couldn't find the meeting point! There is no address of the meeting point on the voucher, and it is very confusing me, and there is no any sign of the tour guide. The tour guide asked me come back the next Monday but I am leaving the next day! Very disappointed with the terrible process! Please refund me!

Could not find the operator. Did the tour on our own and bought new tickets at the St Peter's Basillica office. The pickup point is not clearly defined on the reference document. A link to Google Maps must be added to make it easier to locate.

Great experience Just remember to download the app to get the audio Otherwise would recommend and do again

If you go early at the moment you do not need this service. The audio guide was not so interesting to me as it spoke about things merely from a religious perspective. I understand of course this is a church but I was going for the art and architecture and would have liked to have had an audio guide that spoke also from this perspective.

Noone met us at the meeting point. Lady on the phone said that the tour guide was to the left of the basilica the map said they were to the right. Also said they were in a blue polo top with the tour operator name on however we saw one inside with a white polo top holding a stick with the tour name on.Tickets didn't get you in any faster, had to que for maybe 10 minutes, not too bad. Entrance is free anyway... My advice save your money. Pay 10 euro once you are inside to get to the top of the dome. We paid £36 for nothing.

To date I have been a frequent user of your service in multiple countries. I thought those services were always correct though selling skip the line tickets when there isn’t a line and this seems to be the case for weeks now/ months gives me the feeling of being cheated. Don’t threat people like you don’t want to be threaten yourself.

When we arrived at St. Peter’s, the staff said that we could not use the ticket that I purchased on this website, despite the website stating that we would get early entry nor were we able to skip the line. We had to pay an additional free when we got there to get into the basilica as the tickets from this site were invalid and had to be purchased on the day at the ticket booth (where it is cheaper too).

As long as you understand that you are just paying to skip the line it's ok. The entrance is completely free!
