Know More about this tour

There are more than hundreds of pizzerias in Boston, and 50 just in Little Italy, so it’s no surprise that you’ll find some of the best pizza in America in this city. Meet your pizza expert in Boston’s historic North End neighborhood for a tour that lets you taste gooey slices at three classic pizzerias and burn off the calories along the way. Just be sure to bring your appetite.

You’ll still hear locals speaking Italian on the cobblestone streets of Little Italy. Savor a slice cooked in an oven built in 1883 at Boston’s oldest pizzeria, as well as ones from pizzerias named in the top 25 of Boston.

Along the way you’ll walk through some of Boston’s historic neighborhoods, like Beacon Hill, the Blackstone Block, the North End (Little Italy) and Charlestown. Listen as your knowledgeable guide reveals illuminating bits of history in these areas, some of which were established over 300 years ago. Plus, you’ll trace the footsteps of America’s revolutionaries and visit historic landmarks such as Boston’s oldest standing church, the historic Paul Revere house and the city’s second-oldest burial ground.

An informative guide and all of the food are included in this tour, so come hungry for pizza and an informative journey.

  • We enjoyed the tour but sure can use more food!

  • This tour was excellent. Our group was only 4. Our guide ,Sean was amazing. He is a history teacher on sabbatical for a year. Sean imparted all the history of the Freedom Trail with humour and knowledge. He is a Foodie so we also got insight into the area restaurants. The 3 pizzas were all different but very good. High cudos to Viator and Sean. Dr Lee

  • Nice relaxing experience, great way to try out all the best pizza places if you are limited on your time. Shawn, our guide, was laid back and friendly. I would have liked to see a little more of the Freedom Trail and history but overall was very good.

  • This tour was amazing!

  • Awesome delicious tour! Our guide gave us a great historical tour of the North End, while blending in the diverse but yummy pizza styles this neighborhood offers! We want to bring our families back! This is a must do while visiting Boston!

  • The North End Pizza Tour was fabulous. Our guide Sean was knowledgeable, funny and gave us so much information. I would recommend this tour. The pizzas were delicious.

  • Sean was a great guide and the pizza was delicious but his knowledge of Boston history and current topics made the tour 5 star.

  • The guide, Sean, was great. He was knowledgeable and personable. The tour was a good balance between the historical sites and the pizza tastings, and the pace was fine. It was a fun day.

  • Pizza and history is a great combination especially when you have a great guide like Sean.

  • Very fun tour in a great part of the city. Tasting different pizzas was fun as was walking through the North End. I liked the fact that at our last stop we were able to hang out as long as we wanted to stay. Very nice tour guide and pizza selections.
