Even though it was veryyyyyyyyyy cold, it was an amazing experience. The guide and the driver both were really informative. They tried there best to make this experience worth. The guide took us outside to a location where the chances of seeing the northern lights were maximum. We did get to see a very faint one, but it was still a great experience. On top of this, in this cold weather, we were provided with hot chocolate, Icelandic cookies and worth mentioning fermented shark. If this is your first time to see northern lights, then you should definitely take this tour.

Amazing!! Our tour guide (can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. She was so lovely and welcoming. Bus arrived on time, we had hot chocolate and biscuits to warm us up. Our tour guided also brought her own professional camera and took pictures of us and sent them over via email FOR FREE!
Best value and best tour guide. Thank you!

It was a very good tour, the tour guide took us to several places to get a good view of the lights, he certainly knew the area and in a smaller bus we got to places that the bigger buses couldn't go. We saw the lights on 9th March 2019 , was a fab experience.

Guide was great. shared a lot of interesting facts about Iceland. Unfortunately we did not see any lights there was too much cloud cover, but they tried real hard to get us to a place where it was clear enough to see them.

This tour was a bit of a disappointment. It would appear that the tour only goes to one location which is pretty close to the city so the northern lights were not really bright although we did see them which was good. The tour operator was very good but the viewing was a bit disappointing.

We saw the most amazing northern lights on this tour! The green lights were undulating across the sky. Sometimes we saw a little pink on the edge of the green. The bus was comfortable. The fellow passengers were fun and courteous. The guide sang to us while we searched for the lights. It was a magical night.

They will try to the best night to see the northern lights

We were lucky to see the Northern Lights albeit not as vivid as the pictures you tend to see. The tour guide was friendly and entertaining. It was a really nice bonus to get Hot Chocolate and Icelandic style doughnuts on this incredibly cold and windy night. Wrap up warm, no one will ever prepare you for the cold during the winter months.

my tour to the northern lights was rather interesting. we stayed in keflavik and i booked that tour after i booked i was told that there was no shuttle service to pick us up . does not seem to know bus schedules the northern light tour started at 9 pm but there was no bus going to keflavik upon our return so we had to sit in the bus depot for 3 1/2 hours. the last bus leaving was 8 pm. the circle tour was ok except the weather was terrible. and one other thing the buses toilet are always locked so you can spend 200 isk to fill there pocket. and once again i had to spend money on a bus ticket. needless to say i am not please and i would actually like the money i had to spend extra back. that was not in the budget and i should have been made aware of the set up before i booked. i am out 17400 ISK which should be in my pocket. i would have never booked with that Is Totally Disgusting CUSTOMER service. never again and the stupid rude answer i got was why don't you get a taxi. apperantely nobody knows how much a taxi is except it is astronomical. i enjoyed some of the island and wow are not on my priority list. two company that like to gauge people.

The first night was not a success but we were given a second booking free of charge. Glad I saw the northern lights on my 2nd night of chasing it!
