We had a blast! Austin was our main tour bus guide and was super chill and thorough. He helped set the vibe for the experience. Once we got on the boat, the whole staff was just as friendly and made the entire adventure fun and laughter filled. My friends and I had a blast, and even though the dolphins were moving quickly, they made sure we got to see them. At one point my hat flew off the boat,I believe his name was Tyler got it and brought it back, I had thought it was lost forever- recommend 1000%- the staff makes it!
It was an amazing adventure!
Everything went very smoothly. The crew was very helpful in all our activities. It was a rough day on the water, not their fault 😏 but we did see 30-40 spinner dolphins very near us. So cool! Did some snorkeling and the slide from the boat was great fun!
Overall this is a great excursion. If you don't have a good time, that is on you. That being said, there are some things that take away from rating this as an excellent tour. The pros: we were picked up on time at our meet point. The bus was comfortable to ride in. Paperwork was taken care of on the ride to the boat so when we got to the harbor we were ready to go. The staff was friendly, fun, helpful and had lots of energy. The hula dancing that they did at the end of the cruise was great fun and very entertaining. Most of all snorkeling with the dolphins, turtles and tropical fish was a blast. The cons: this was a pretty pricey excursion to start out with and I felt like you were nickel and dimed once the excursion got under way. To rent a wet suit was $10(on our other snorkeling excursion the wet suit was included). A photo package was $78. While lunch was included (which was not horrible, but also nothing to write home about) a soda was an extra expense. So should this tour? It was a lot of fun, but I think it was a bit pricey for what it was.
Very accomodating and provided a very lively experience. Would highly recommend this tour for those visiting Hawaii!
Even though I was anxious at 1st the guides were amazing! So down to earth, funny, and knew how to make you relax! The views were phenomenal and and this is a must do. Would love to book this again !!
Very gun and exiting tripp. A word of causen, if you get seasick easy make sure to use medecin. Oter than that exelent, got to se dolphins and even a manta. And the staf are great.
We were lucky enough to go and see both dolphins and sea turtles. It took a little bit to get acclimated to the water/equipment. After tightening the gear it was very enjoyable!
Fabulous as we had less than 30 on the boat, crew was very frendly and energetic! Can't imagine this trip with any more than 30 people, it would be crowded for the size boat.
We had a great time and saw a lot of dolphins. No turtles. My kids ages 9 and 10 had fun. The crew was extremely welcoming and nice. They had great energy. I would have given it five stars but they forgot to bring my 9 year old’s gluten free lunch that we ordered (costs $5 more). They had a GF lunch waiting for her on the docks once we returned. They feed you at the very end. So don’t go there hungry. i would recommend driving there if you don’t mind driving. May save you some time from stopping to pick everyone up in the shuttle. Plenty of parking at the dock.
Tour guides were awesome. Worth the money. Loved the water slide, snorkeling and the cheeseburger. Great dancing by tour guides.
