What a great way to spend a day. You could easily fill in a whole day at this place. Plenty to see and do. Great photo opportunities and free shows.

Was not too impressed with this visit to this park. I did enjoy the ride to the ocean park. Overall Hong Kong was great.

  • 29-Oct-2017

Bus pick up from hotel was late, then we sat for 40 mins at a meeting point to then get onto another bus to be taken to the park. Dolphins were shut, pandas were not out and visible. Que for all ride 45-60 minute waiting time. We only got approx 5hrs at Park. Not a full day tour as we had paid for. Very disappointed.....

Wouldnt bother. Tour stated pickup from hotel 8.10-8.30 when i got my confirmation voucher pick up was 9.30. On day before was told its now 9.50am bus was then running late. Got to changeover bus stop and our bus wasnt there yet waited another 15min for bus standing on side of the road.

  • 05-Jul-2017

Was good but we had to wait a while for the return transfer bus to show up. Ocean park itself was fine.

Pick up was on time and our guide Pandora was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately you do have to endure a trip to a jewellery factory on the way - you get a quick talk and then they persistently try to sell you things and follow you around the showroom but there are free soft drinks and an opportunity to use the loos.

Ocean Park itself was amazing, we arrived as it was opening so it wasn't too busy at first but it does get packed towards the end of the day. We just about managed to see all the animals in that time but only got a chance to go on one ride so definitely plan out what your must-sees/dos are ahead of time so you can fit it all in. Good choice of food there, good gift shops, and a fantastic range of animals we particularly enjoyed see Red Pandas, Koalas, and Mud Skippers.
