Twenty kilometres - that's all that separates Krakow from Ojcw National Park, which is the smallest national park in Poland. Along the way, among unique landscapes, castles and caves, you can also admire the "chapel on the water" - a wooden building created on the banks of the stream "Prdnik" in 1901 in protest against the law prohibiting building on Ojcw's land at the time. During your free time, you will have an opportunity to taste smoked trout - a local delicacy found at the restaurants in the park.

Know More about this tour

This private tour can be customised to meet the needs of our more demanding guests by choosing the departure time and location and even tweaking the trip by opting for any of the available attractions.
An interesting place can be the Boroniwka milling settlement where we can find a historic mill and a sawmill both outstanding examples of wooden architecture. They are open to individual visitors only one weekend a month from April until September. Not far from here you can find the mysterious okietka Cave the largest cave in the area. The trails between attractions are also well worth it filled with rock formations and rich vegetation they are ideal for nature lovers and photography sessions.
In the second part of the trip, you will visit the renovated castle in Pieskowa Skala where you can see objects from the collections of the Wawel Castle. Beneath the walls of the castle, you can admire an unusual rock called the Club of Hercules whose name comes from the shape it has taken over the centuries. According to legend the devil himself placed it upside down at Twardowski's request.
Fresh air and a walk through the National Park will undoubtedly stimulate your taste buds. You may take a break from hiking and sightseeing. Just let the driver know how and where you would like to spend your free time.
We suggest a visit to one of the restaurants located in the Ojcw Park for an opportunity to taste a local delicacy - smoked trout.
In the courtyard of the Pieskowa Skala castle, there is a stylish cafe, where you can enjoy your coffee while cherishing the view of the Prdnik Valley and the beautiful garden within the walls of the castle.
The Ojcw National Park is open from mid-April until the end of October and except the Boroniwka mill, all other sites are open six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday.
The trip ends in Krakow where the driver may take you to your desired location.
