He did a great job educating us not only about the foods, but also about the culture and history of Puerto Rico! The tour was extremely well run, with everything set up prior to our arrival at each of the 5 stops.

Vasti was absolutely wonderful ! We loved how she incorporated historical events into each part of the tour. We feel food can teach us about cultures and this tour proved that. Each tasting was very different from the previous one, giving us a great overview of the food culture of Puerto Rico. Definitely do the Flavors of PR tour and ask for Vasti- she is terrific !!!!
