You will be starting your tour at 0530 to 0600 hrs from your hotel in Colombo, where you will be picked up by your chauffeur. Ensure that you bring a packed breakfast with you if you are unable to have your meal at the hotel.

After picked up by your chauffeur proceed to Anuradhapura (Approximate Travel Time 05 Hours from Colombo)
Anuradhapura is one of the ancient capitals of Sri Lanka, famous for its well-preserved ruins of ancient Lankan civilization. From the 4th century BC, it was the capital of Sri Lanka until the beginning of the 11th century AD. During this period it remained one of the most stable and durable centers of political power and urban life in South Asia.

Guests will be flabbergasted with what Anuradhapura brings to you remarkable monuments, preserved ruins, restored edifices and historical sites such as parks and irrigation lakes are just a few examples. The wonderful ancient stupas of Ruwanwelisaya, Abhayagiri and Jetavanaramaya are not to be missed out on, which are some of the tallest monuments in the world. The Thuparama Vatadage shrine is another sacred location to visit it is the oldest of its kind in Sri Lanka and contains the collarbone relic of Buddha.

After the Anuradhapura visit, your driver will stop at a restaurantfor thelunch.(At your Own Cost).

Later that evening you will be finishing the tour at 1800 hrs and returning to your hotel in Colombo.(Travel timeapproximately 04 Hours) En-route you may stop at a restaurant for the dinner (At your own cost).

After dinner, you would transfer to the hotel in Colombo.
