And Zhouzhuang is one of the best known water towns nearby Shanghai. This one day escorted tour will lead you to visit these two destinations.

At 08:00am our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby in Shanghai city area.
Then you will be driven to Suzhou, a city which is renowned for its elegant traditional Chinese style gardens, stone bridges, its network of rivers and canals. You will visit one of the most famous gardens built in the Ming Dynasty – the Master-of-Nets Garden
Then you will take an outer look to the Ancient City Wall, one of the few existed city walls built in feudal society in China.
After Chinese style lunch in a local restaurant(at your own expense), you will head to the ancient water town – Zhouzhuang, one of the most famous water towns in China. It is noted for its breathtaking natural beauty, the profound cultural background, the well preserved ancient residential houses, and the strong local colored traditions and customs. You can optionally take a boat cruise here.
Today you will also pay a visit to Silk Culture Museum to learn about Chinese silk art and appreciate some silk products.
After the tour, you will be escorted back to hotel by 18:00.
