Opting for the BazBus to explore the Garden Route was an incredibly wise choice. Apart from the convenience of not having to drive, it offers the opportunity to soak in the surrounding views and forge new friendships with fellow travelers onboard. And let's not forget the exceptional service provided by the drivers – always cheerful, ensuring a splendid journey.

We highligh recommend the Bazbus for nice and save travels! Great drivers and very good communication with the office.

  • 29-Jul-2023

Bazbus is such a convenient way to travel, you get dropped at the hostel and it even goes to some remote locations, like the wild spirit backpackers. The drivers are incredibly nice, during our time we had Bryan, Simon and Mzi and they all had great tips for our future travel plans and more importantly, they were quite funny. I highly recommend Bazbus to anyone, it is an awesome company.

  • 28-Jul-2023

BazBus are an affordable company providing safe and easy transport along the Garden Route. The team were responsive and flexible and easy to deal with. Drivers arrived on time and were always very friendly and helpful

  • 25-Jun-2023

Very reliable, good customer service, quick to answer, the drivers are really nice. We were lucky to experience it in the winter, as in the bus were not completely full so we almost had a "private" experience. It's really a nice service.

Bazbus is a really great company & the drivers are super friendly (especially Simon!) They were super accommodating when I wanted to make last minute changes on my trip and always replied quickly on WhatsApp! The only thing I wasn't clear on the booking was that in the off-season when the bus is a bit quieter the drivers tend to turn up earlier than expected, this wasn't a problem at all for me but don't be surprised if this happens!

Great Tour, reliable and safe. Always on time. All drivers are great and give tips and interesting facts about the route! Special mention goes to King Elvis. Great guy. Forgives even a mistake when the form in the bus is filled out incorrectly or looks for solutions when you have to make an urgent stop. :D ;-) Only recommended!!

Highly recommend BazBus - they take such care to vet the locations they recommend for staying along the Garden Route, to ensure even solo travelers are safe. Also, we got really lucky with Bobby and King Elvis as our drivers -- these guys are in such high spirits, always open to sharing great tips about the route. If you have any misgivings about bungee jumping off of the highest bungee point in the world (after The Crags) ask King Elvis about his experience(s)! Convenience aside, the mood on the buses is such that you leave your ride with some new friends almost every time. And the drivers are really key to making connections, advising on what other travelers are preferring and on activities (including those led by BazBus). We changed our journey and intended stays in order to keep finding people we had met along the Garden Route. Overall, it was a very memorable trip heightened by the flexibility, kindness and great service from BazBus staff. I swear, Stacey will move mountains for you to make your pickups comfortable - she and Waynita are superstars. As far as staff availability, i would say BazBus is one of the most reliable and fast-responding services on WhatsApp.

BazBus was super easy & convenient. It's expensive but worth it when it picks you up & drops you off right at your door. We met a bunch of other travelers through it as well & it was a great time. Shout out to King Elvis & Bobby for being awesome drivers!
