Please do not do this to yourself. The tour is supposed to start at 7:30. The company called my hotel at 10:00PM the night prior this trip and informed me that I will be picked up at 6:10. I ordered this trip way in advance so I could have been informed about this before, not the night before the trip. They picked me up and dropped me off on a bus station where I was waiting in cold bus for another hour for the other passangers to arrive. I am beyond disappointed, I have missed the breakfast in my hotel, noone will speak with you, noone cares. 100USD blown away, spoiled day.

We took the bus from Puno to Cusco. Starts at 7am sharp. Very comfortable double decker with all the details needed. A snack, wifi, toilets and a guide. Included were several stops at different cultural and archaeological sites. A stop for a buffet lunch (included) at a nice village.

This was an excellent and reliable way to travel from Cusco to Puno. Really enjoyed the opportunity to exit the bus occasionally to visit St. Peter's Church, some incredible ruins and the museum.

If you like the old western movies, this is the tour for you. You can see the openness and the emptiness of the land and mountains. You can see the small and old town, small street, small church. This is the reason that brought me to here. Operations: Pickup and drop off were on time. The lunch was very good.

The tour was 10 hours, but it did not feel like it. The bus was super comfortable, large seats and big leg room. There were 5 short stops just enough to see some historical places, but not tiring. The guides explained everything in English and Spanish and were very friendly and even inspiring I will say. They provided us with some snacks and we had an amazing lunch at the company‘s restaurant accompanied by fantastic live music. I really recommend this tour to get from Cusco to Puno.

We were picked up from our hotel and transferred to a big bus which could seat around 50 people. The bus journey was comfortable. Lunch was good as well. There were a couple of guides on this trip. Even though they knew that there were tourists who could only understand English and couldn't speak Spanish, they mostly communicated in Spanish. We couldn't understand half of what they were saying and felt completely left out. We felt rushed in a couple of places too, were we would have loved extra 10 minutes to explore by ourselves. On reaching Puno bus terminal, the guide asked us to take a cab by ourselves to our hotel. In our trip details, it was specifically mentioned that we would be dropped to our hotel in Puno. When we pointed this out, he was confused and clueless. However when we came out of the terminal, there was a person from the tour company holding our name plate, waiting to take us to a hotel. We're grateful for that. Not sure why the guide did not know this, and unnecessary created confusion for us. Highly recommend the tour company to have separate tour groups for English speaking tourists and Spanish speaking tourists.

Très beau tour. Nous avons apprécié le repas copieux, les paysages incroyable. Il faut être déjà acclimaté à l’altitude selon nous puisque le point le plus haut est à 4300m.

We traveled from Cusco to Puno during December 2021. This tour is highly recommended and a very relaxed way of getting to Puno. They picked us up at 6:30am from the Hotel and then our bus journey started at 7:00am. The bus is like a business class flight with 3 fully reclined seats, foot rest etc and very comfortable. Their are about 5 stops on the way and 2 drivers and a tour guide. He was amazing. The owner of the toru company also came for a short while. They have breakfast snacks, water bottles etc. The first stop was Andahuaylillas which is a very pretty church with lot of gold leafed work and a must see; next we stopped at the little inka town of Raqch'i and there was small shopping area; next stop was the lunch place and it was included and very elaborate; then we crossed the High Andes Pass of La Raya ( 4335 m or 14000 feet). Our final stop was Pucara Museum where you can buy exotic capis coati coffee. We got to Puno around 6:45pm because the stretch from Juliaca to Puno took over 2 hours due to traffic during Christmas Eve. Usually they arrive between 5 & 6 pm. Overall an amazing trip and would recommend this tour over flight because it is very scenic and very comfortable and the tour company is great!!
