The venue is an absolute must just to visit for it’s iconic design, thus making it extra special when performances are on. As for the opera itself a fantastic performance and production. Even if you are not a complete opera buff like me it is well worth a visit

  • 06-Mar-2020

The performances and music were exceptional. We opted for "best available" tickets and were very impressed by the ones we received, given that it was a full house and we booked the morning of the opera. The costumes and sets were well done, and the lead male was exceptional. And, of course, the Opera House acoustics were superb.

  • 24-Feb-2020

A little disappointed that there were only four performers, but they were wonderful. But you could def. tell it was just a moneymaker for them for those just off the cruise ship. ACOUSTICS WERE INCREDIBLE!

  • 17-Feb-2020

Great experience to go inside opera house but v disappointed with sears and decor v uncomfortable plastic seats no leg room! But great show of opera hits

  • 25-Nov-2019

Our tickets were waiting for us at the ticket counter inside the Opera House. Everything went smoothly.
It's a very nice facility and we enjoyed the quality performance that evening. And we checked another item off our Bucket List! We were able to call for an Uber ride just a short distance out front of the opera house.

  • 30-Oct-2019

The performance was the best way for us to end our stay in Australia! Got to see a great show and got to sing-a-Long too! Definitely worth doing!

  • 23-Oct-2019

What a great performace, highly recommend, seeing this matinee. The singing was wonderful, the whole performance was great, it was very enjoyable, I never thought I would laugh at a Opera. Suitable for all ages.

  • 21-Aug-2018

The last night for our stay in Sydney. Got to see the last performance of My Fair Lady, directed by Julie Andrews. Great seats, right in the middle!
