Firstly this tour advertised as approx 3 hours, took us for 2 hours and fifteen minutes, in our books this is approx 2 hours not 3. Also it was advertised as a dinner tour however there seemed to be different options which we were unaware of when booking. As much as the guide seemed friendly there was very little interaction with him. When we were picked up, the bus drove directly to the first drop off point. The tour guide had mumbled some things on the way which we could not hear very well. We then got off the bus, several people were left to wander the area unaccompanied to later meet at the bus. My husband, son and myself were led to a small casual restaurant to eat just the three of us and to meet later at the bus. While another couple of ladies were taken to a different restaurant, again to eat alone and meet later at the bus. We were then taken to the sky tower and given 20 minutes to look around independently. The bus then took us and dropped us at a location different from the pick up location and pointed us in the direction of the station. This did not feel like a tour more like a hop on and off bus with only two stops, and very expensive for what we got.

The hotel pick up at Umeda was difficult to locate as there was no English signagel on the building. Fortunately we managed to find it. The tour seems a bit rush but overall it was a good tour to see Osaka in a few hours by bus. Dinner was ok though they still serve beef despite indicating it.

The trip was good, however there was few interaction with the guide. The guide was able to speak in English, Chinese and Korean. We had a nice time visiting the sky walk although it was quite cold and windy at the time of night.

I went to the location site Namba OCAT but did not see the tour operator. Admittedly, I was a few minutes late, but the location for the meet-up point was hard to find. While it gave the spot right next to the big TV and Lawson store, instructions on how to find the meeting point from various transportation access should have been given. I went around and around OCAT building to find the right TV with Lawson beside it. It was hard to find for a tourist, not able to read nor speak Japanese. Some activity listed in was very helpful in terms of guiding the participants in finding the meeting spot. Such as what exit to take from JRline, or how to walk from nearest bus stop and the like. None was given for this activity and it just gave a very random - OCAT a big vicinity for a non-local. Even with my google maps and various navigation apps finding the location was daunting.
