Excellent tour! All the sights included on the tour were gorgeous, and our guide, Nelly, was fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful with communication during pick-up. A very affordable tour for the quality of the day with excellent transportation and care for passengers. :)

A experiência é incrível.

Waterfalls were gorgeous. I don't like that there was an extra boat tour that we were basically forced to pay for, not in the listing. (Would have been okay, but we had a full-day booked for a boat tour already.) Also, the lunch they take you to is more expensive than I'd typically pay for lunch. It was delicious and more food than we could eat, but it would have been nice to have a simpler option.

We had a really disappointing tour. We didn’t get to see the volcano or the waterfalls. Due to weather conditions, the volcano was not visible. We understand there is nothing you could do about whether, but when we tried to go to the waterfalls instead, the road into the national park was closed for road work. This meant we drove around in a van for 5 hours and we didn’t get to see a single thing on the tour. What is most disappointing is our tour guide said we should request a refund for the circumstances. When we did this, our request was denied, even after naming the guide by name and saying she granted our whole bus to do this. We know weather is out of our control, but the way this was handled by the company was very poor.

Amazing experience! We learned a lot about the region and Chile and general from our guide. The Osorno volcano was an impressive view.

The boat ride in todos Los santos lake was very nice. The scenery was similar to Alaska. It was cloudy all day so we could not see the volcano but on a clear day the tour would be stunning

A nice overview of this park (Vicente Perez Rosales) with an interesting walk along the river and nice views of the volcano from their and the boat. But the best part is the walk at the end on the volcano (or can instead take a chair lift). Hopefully you have a nice weather day. Jenny was a nice guide.
