    Nothing special about this skip the line, we still waited with everybody else for the one bank of elevators, while someone else seemed to get special treatment and access to another more express elevator. I even asked at the attendant said it didn't get us anything special. So, I'm not sure what this ticket actually got us, just wasn't worth the price.

    We spent a Tuesday walking around different parts of DTLA and decided to add this to our itinerary. So glad we did. We saved money with Viator tickets and had no trouble "skipping the line." There wasn't actually a line at 3:30 in the afternoon, so there's a good "avoid the crowd" tip. We were able to have our tickets scanned and enter immediately and we ended up staying up there for over an hour. We were able to access the three outdoor areas which all have comfy chairs and couches for lingering. The views are spectacular. Even with a bit of haze we were able to see all of the iconic LA sights. There is an interactive "poster" that tells you a bit about some of the things you can see from each part of the building. We also had a beer, but skipped the "grab-and-go" sandwiches and salads - which looked fine - but we were in the mood for more of a restaurant-y meal. We did not add on the slide and we're glad we didn't because it lasts for about 10 seconds (at the most) and it didn't seem like it was worth the money. The entire experience is fun and geared toward smartphone interactivity. Totally worth it.

    The views are amazing overlooking LA. The ride itself is just a small curved slide going from one floor to the other, but it was exciting the seconds that it took. There was a bit of a mix up with the tix though. Apparently a new person started and he did not scan my tix for the slide but the girl let me go anyway and I wanted to show her I did pay for the combo but yet they let my girlfriend go twice. Anyway I still enjoyed this view and ride.

    The views were nice. The Skyslide was considerably shorter than I expected. If you're a 6 feet tall man or over , you would be done in about 20 seconds with the slide. It's not worth the money for the slide. However, if you just wan to check out the skyline, it was nice. When I was getting my picture, the person didn't remember taking it so I had to do it again. Then, the picture they printed was not the one I had selected. Customer service is soo important. Please train employees better.
