absolutely a must do when coming to punta cana. Very family friendly. We booked the full day and our tour guide danny boy was great. I also recommend bringing some items to donate to the company, they can distribute to school kids and orphanage. This company supports 3 schools, with backpacks and uniforms and fans. This company helps to make a difference. I did bring along some color books, toys from dollar tree like footballs and barbies, frisbees, markers, all of these supplies will help the local kids to be kids. they do discourage giving candy/money to the kids.

This was an awesone tour!! We ranged in ages 8-69. There were 10 of us in our family. It was enjoyed by all!
-
This a must do, our tour guides was great. The food is even better!!
-
Lots of fun! Not for those who have back or neck issues (bumpy ride) but if you're healthy and like adventure, good food and drinks, this is for you. Beautiful country and a great way to see it!
-
If you want to see or learn more about dominican republic, then this is a nice tour to experience that.
-
this was our third Outback Tour. Best tour in Dominican - not only very informative, but also has proceeds going to help the local communities. We took supplies for the school, as well as baseball gloves. HIGHLY recommend the tour!
-
Our guide was great, good hearted and full of knowledge regarding world politics as well as the Day ominican Republic. Lunch was wonderful and the actual ride up to the mountains fun. Once there you are able to purchase souvenirs as well as rum and cigars, cocoa and coffee, etc. prices much better than the hotels. Recommend for all.
-
It was very informative about all things Dominican Republic, my 22 yr old son and my husband, as well as myself enjoyed the stops and delicious foods. I would highly recommend the excursion, good for young adults as well as the older adult.

The tour guilds were great. They provided us with so much history and culture. Presented to us in a great manner.

This was a great trip! Really a breath of fresh air, literally. My wife, my 2 little girls and I were well taken care of and even the driving was entertaining.
The open air bus, the education on the local livelihood and the stops / people along the way made you feel like a guest in someone's home .
Water and drinks kept flowing and the lunch was very good. Actually, the best fried chicken I have had in years!
I recommend you and your family give this trip a try. If there was anything I which I knew before hand, it would have been to bring more cash for some of the local products you will find along the way. It wasn't an in your face / buy our stuff kind of thing. It was more of a... this is how we do it here, support our locals / local tourism kind of thing. Give back to the people rather than the hotels if you can. Save some cash hotel / airport mark-up as well.
Seriously, a class act all the way.
