  • The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable but we didn't get to spend much time with him-so it was like he was a chaperone instead I'd guide. The tour felt rushed and I would not recommend it, especially to anybody with disability. The lunch was also not very good

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour guide's knowledge was amazing and he was very entertaining. I would highly recommend tour. One drawback. I wish we could have stayed at least another hour in Oxford. So much left to see and explore there.

  • Fabulous tour with enough time to see the three locations. We did the tour in the last week of June high season and had to wait in line for a long time at Windsor Castle to get in. Not much anyone can do about that............ The meal provided was enough and saved us time to go looking for a place to eat along the way so we had more time to enjoy the scenery. The organisation of the trip was really great and I will definitely recommend this tour to anybody who have limited time but want to see a lot.

  • I really enjoyed this tour. Great day. So much to see.

  • Our guide, Mark was very good. He had lots of information to share along the way which made the bus ride much more interesting. The reason I rate it 3 stars is because of the time spent at the sites. You only get about an hour or an hour and a half at each location. About enough time to say you were there, but not near enough to enjoy any of it. You are constantly checking the time instead of enjoying the sites. I would not recommend trying to see three places in one day.

  • The tour was horrible!!!We started half hour late on a Spanish tour when I booked an English tour. Our guide did not guide but would leave us at each location on our own. We had less than 45 minutes per location and only 20 minute walking tour if Oxford! One family was left behind! There is more...

  • This was a fabulous tour to take and we are so glad we did!! I do suggest adding on to your package the included lunch as it saves time at each attraction for seeing the sights. At Windor Castle once you gain entry go straight to the Statehouses and the Dollhouse as the lines can get long and you might want to spend most of your time there. Be sure to plan your exit from that location in time for changing of the guards which occurs close to the exit from that particular exhibit.
At Stonehenge head straight for the tram that takes you down to the formation as soon as you leave the tour bus. The lines for the tram can get very long and you can view the exhibit in the main house afterwards.
Plan some time in Oxford to browse the stores and be sure to buy Cadbury candy bars at the local small grocery store as they are double the price in the airport!!
And lastly, don't forget your selfie stick!!

  • Not enough time to enjoy the visit in any of the places.

  • Tour destinations were wonderful and tour guide Esther was friendly and helpful. Since the tour company does not pick you up, allow extra time to arrive at their office since it can be difficult to find. It is one of many businesses in a single location.

  • Tour guide Saul and driver Darren made this tour amazing. Windsor Castle was astonishingly beautiful, Oxford is a must-visit if you're into Harry Potter, and Saul showed us a HP special that really made the trip worth it. Stonehenge was impressive, if you're into that :. I love blackbirds, so spent more time admiring the rooks, some of whom are comfortable enough with the staff to eat out of their hands. Darren drove the coach through some villages so we could get photos of lovely thatched-roof cottages, and we were able to view Highclere from a distance -- a nice bonus for this Downton Abbey fan. As with other Golden Tours, the lunch provided is a 6-inch Subway cucumber sandwich meal, so consider yourselves forewarned and make sure to bring your own lunch.
