Meet your guide at the School of Paellas and then youll go to the Central Market of Valencia to buy the best natural products for your paella. During this tour youll listen interesting details about the products of our gastronomy.

In the School of Paellass kitchen the paella master will teach you step by step how to cook the best paella yourself. He will also explain you the history of its creation and many other interesting anecdotes. While you are cooking youll enjoy a Valencian wine or a homemade Valencian beer tasting accompanied by typical snacks.
When your work ends, you'll savor a full menu lunch with your paella as first plate and then you'll receive a Diploma "Expert Paellas Chef", as a certificate of this original experience.

The paella course begins with the Ruzafa Market visit, arrive to the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
Dinner will be served at 7pm in a restaurant located at the old town.
Flamenco venue is located 750 meters from the restaurant (10 minutes walking).

We were in Valencia Spain for Thanksgiving and figured we would immerse ourselves in the culture. The cooking class was an excellent way to do this. From shopping at the beautiful market to cooking the paella. Our tour guide was great and the chef had personality plus! Highly recommended.
