I booked this tour for my family who is visiting for a quick holiday. We are most impressed with Sammy our Maori tour-guide, who not only gave us good overview of the sights but most importantly, shared with us the true spirit of Aotearoa New Zealand. Joel the driver, was awesome, he was caring with my elderly mum. Much much appreciated. Well done to Sammy and Joel.

I do have one feedback about customer service. My apartment is in Wellington CBD no further from any hotel in the city and yet, we were not picked up from my place even if I said, my parents have mobility issues. I made this request from the get-go. The pick up point was just 5 mins away from my apartment, how hard is it to just drive in front of my building? It would have made a big difference to my mother. This is my 2nd time on this tour, the 1st time, we were picked up. I can't understand why this cannot be arranged this time, just when we need it more. This kind of insensitivity leaves a very bad after taste to me.

We had a really great time. The guide went above and beyond to get us past a road closure to a promised destination. We were lucky to attend on a small day, and so the guide was very personable. Seeing the seals was worth the $$ alone. Lunch was great. I would recommend it to others.

Couldn't have wished for a better day. Lovely range of activities and locations with a very genial driver. The weather was great too which helped. The coastlines and views were stunning and I really loved meeting the seals. The perfect day out.

Really scenic and see a really rugged coastline. Quite a long drive out from Wellington but the scenery on the drive is also amazing.

This tour was wonderful. The lunch was great and the scenery breathtaking. Our driver was great and very knowledgable. The only troublesome thing was trying to figure out where to meet. First it was one spot then another. Good thing I was able to get my e-mail and see that the place had been changed to the train station.
