I’ll start off by saying that the transfer company was brilliant. Our guide was lovely. No complaints with regards to the transfer. However, the aquarium was just too packed to be enjoyable. If you are visiting with a pushchair or wheelchair, be prepared for long queues for elevators as many of the attractions do not have ramps. Some amazing things to see, if you can get close enough to see them. In addition, be prepared to buy extra tickets for the aqua dome (whale experience), shark boat etc. I would also recommend that you buy before your visit as due to scheduling times. We made this mistake and did not have time to see these attractions before we left, which was very disappointing. The cafeteria was queued out the door, so be prepared for another long wait. We were approx. €60 for lunch for two adults, an 8 year old and 2 year old. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. It was incredibly basic, not a lot of choice (beef salad wrap, 2 chicken nuggets and chips and a spaghetti bolognaise. We had water to drink), most of which we left as was not enjoyable. Brace yourself for trying to get out the place without spending even more money as you will be herded past the photos and through the gift shop to get to the exit. Which by the way involves another elevator between the photos and gift shop/ exit. You expect to have these things at tourist attractions like this. And to be honest, had it not been so busy, we probably would have bought a few things. We were so frustrated by the time we left, it just ruined the experience.

Had a nice experience, the coach arrived on time, the ride was pleasant and the staff was very nice. The only think we didn't like was the sound system and air-condition, it could have been better. Remember to take water with you! But all in all satisfied customers.

It was pouring on the Island of Majorca so we thought, ''Take the kids to the Aquarium'' Great idea but the whole of Majorca had the same idea. The place was packed and there were queue everywhere. The staff supplied the visitors waiting outside in the rain with ponchos to keep us getting too wet, great touch. The Aquarium is very interesting and if it hadn't been so busy we would have seen more of it. We'll go back next time on a good day ! The grandkids loved it and didn't notice the crowds.

We booked in advance for this tour last Friday as we realised that the forecast for the next day was dull and wet. We were picked up at our hotel in a most comfortable modern double decker bus with Michael our wonderful guide, the driver Juan was excellent too. There were a number of pick ups en route, as due to the bad weather many families had chosen this trip as a wet day option. Although the Aquarium was exceptionally busy, Michael was able to fast track our entry. There are a vast number of tanks, with a variety of sea creatures and huge amounts of information & interactive experiences for children. Our grandson age 8 particular liked the Shark experience in the glass bottomed boat & the 3D whale experience(extra charge for these) There are 2 restaurants which were extremely busy, it is wise to take some snacks with you as there are places to sit outside. There is also a great outdoor play are and excellent gift shop. Allow at least 3 hours for your visit, our visit allowed us a longer time so we went to a local beach bar just 500 metres away for refreshments & our grandchildren had chance to play on the beach there before meeting our bus & guide for the trip back to Puerto Pollenca. All in all a great day out, well done No Frills.

We arrived at out pick up point Puerto Pollensa early so as not to delay the coach, eventually a mini bus arrived, we were a party of 8 with two small children. Now I am a fan of No Frills and have been on a number of tours and have liked the way they structure the tour. The mini bus took us to Alcudia, this is where the main office is, but we were dropped off outside the KFC and stood around in the cold for half an hour, we had to take one of the children to the toilets in Lidl. The coach finally arrived and was full we manage to find enough seats on the top floor of the bus, it was a double decker. We drove off to the Aquarium and saw the sites on offer, we came back early to get seats together before the allocated departure time. Much to our despair the coach headed to Can Picanfort, it appeared to leave the motorway and head off across the island through smaller villages to the first drop off point, this part of the journey was tedious as we were the last to be dropped off the bus in Puerto Pollensa. To add to this one of the children threw up on one of the adults jumper which we threw away. This is not the tour I expected and I know that No Frills pick up and drop off in reversed order but we arrived at our pick up point and stood around waiting for the bus, so why did we not have a minibus back to Puerto Pollensa. The tolerance of young children to endure bumpy road trips may vary from child to child but to prolong a journey through Can Picafort was just too much for our six year old. If we were told initially that we would have to go to Alcudia and hang around here then we would not have booked, we did not need to be picked up that early we could of left later. We came away from the trip not with a feeling of exhilaration of the Aquarian but more like goodness that's over. I know No Frills are better than this but for endurance this was the worst experience.

Some great sights of sealife including sharks which were the highlight of the visit. Good place for the family as there is water play area for kids

We arrived with our 3 year-old at the pick up point 35 minutes early as she'd been up since the crack of dawn and decided to call the company 15 mins after the scheduled pick up time so find out where our transfer bus was, only to be told that we were not there on time. I explained that simply wasn't true, they said they had video so I said "great, check it please" they then immediately offered to rebook us to another day, I explained we were leaving the next morning and they told me to go and get a refund. The only reason they got 1 star is because we got our refund with no hassle. Other than the hassle of explaining to a 3 year old why she wouldn't nowbe seeing Nemo and the sharks today and then plying her with sweets to stem the flow of tears. Very disappointing!!

Nice place to spend 3-4 hours with kids. Kids loved the sharks and sting rays. The smallest spent half an hour in the playground outside while parents drank coffe.

The aquarium was really good with lots of different fish and sharks etc. was given the option to leave the aquarium after around 3 hours which is more than enough time to see everything more than once and take an included transfer to Palma town centre. The guide was very helpful and included a route and highlights to follow on a map she gave me. There was also the option to go on an 80min open top bus tour for an extra 8 euros. The Cathedral was spectacular but there was a charge of 7.50 euros if you wanted to go inside. You got approximately 2.5 hours in Palma before your transfer back to hotel
