We were picked up at 3 AM, for three hours they were picking up people from different hotel. The bus was old and had very uncomfortable seats. The your guide was extremely rude and disrespect. The entire tour was 15 hours or so with 3 hours of picking up and dropping off people from different hotels. I would not recommend this tour. No drinks or snacks were offered in the bus either. I don't recommend this tour.

Hierapolis urokliwe. Zabytki dobrze zachowane. Widok na miasto piękny. Do wycieczki można dokupić kąpiel w basenie Kleopatry. Bardzo polecam tę opcję. Temperatura wody w basenie wynosi 36 stopni Celsjusza.

Trip was really nice, but make sure to wear shoes not slippers like we did. Long walk and „hiking“ in Hierapolis. Driving Time was about 4 hours in each direction. Breakfast was really poor - better take your own breakfast with you. Lunch was ok, though there were too many tour groups/buses there at the same time. Pretty crowded. Drinks could be bought in the tour bus. Our driver was stopped twice by the police (speeding?) … a bit unnecessary.

The tour started very early and the driver arrived 30 mins earlier than notified at 0410. The tour started with a breakfast stop and then followed with two shopping stops which used the time of all morning. We arrived at the pool around 1330 in the afternoon and then spend 3 hours there. I appreciate the shopping stops may be necessary to keep the tour price low but would be good to offer some tour without shopping stops at higher price to save people who are willing to pay higher price for just the tour.

This has to be one of the worst trips I’ve been to, in the beginning it seemed fine until we had to wait for more than an hour for other people to join our group. The first stop were people could get breakfast was in the middle of nowhere the toilets were just horribly been taken care of. The visit to Pamukkale and Hierapolis was alright, we could buy a ticket for Cleopatras pool from the guide at the same price as the place it self. Lunch was at 15h what is weird considering dinner was at 18h. Both these places just looked bad, as if they tried to just save money to raise their own wage. The toilets in both were just horrific, and the food barely something good to talk about. Only times I’d recommend to go to the toilet during this travel is at tankstation because there at least they clean them. We left for home around 16h and arrived at 23h over what google calls a 4-5h trip. I can understand that traffic is of influence but this is just down right problematic. We had a 20h trip to enjoy Pamukkale just for 3h. We know we aren’t the only ones in this group who didn’t enjoy our trip, and if somebody asks me if I can recommend them this trip I’ll tell them to stay away from it and either rent a car to get there or plan something in Alanya itself.
