Plenty of slides we'll spread over extensive grounds. Beautiful gardens, plentyof lifeguards and helpful staff on food and beverage outlets. My preferred par the wave pool party and the lazy river. No worries about curring a wallet around the water park. You are getting a wrist band and pay at the exit. So while you relax, your kids can get self service!

Was ok, food expensive and lots of queuing. Wasn't as big as I expected. Feel like they let to many people in.

We booked online very simple. On arrival check in was swift wristbands given. These are used if you purchase food and drink and you pay on exit. We arrived Approx 11:30 and we thought no sun beds were available then a lifeguard pointed out the VIP areas that were free and shaded. It was a perfect base for us. Daughter is 10 and was disappointed as she is a strong swimmer some of the attractions she couldn’t use but we totally understand health & safety and can see why. We loved the family raft, the lazy river, the wave pool along with other slides. Had a fab day food and drink not overpriced. Take your pool shoes as the floor is roasting walking about, or buy the pool socks on sale in the shop.

Not bad water park, but the staff have zero customer service and do not know how to speak professionally!! (They need Training) I don't expect for someone to start shouting at me because my son is too young to go on a water slide, also the rules of the water park/slides don't make any sense, either you are too young ( you have to be 12 years old) or your too short which my son is not, which is it hight or age, it should be hight because at all other water parks it done by hight!! At the entrance they need to explain what difference wristbands mean and I don't expect to wait in qué when I want to leave the waterpark what is that about you should be able to pay when you eat not on the exit when you want to leave, last but not least some slides close and open every 15 to 30 mins why!!!

Fun waterpark however the reason for only 3 stars was due to the volume of people and lack of crowd control at the top of the big slides. Im not convinced they have a safety limit of people permitted to enter the park. Late morning it just became manic. Having three columns of people, some carrying inflatables, on a set of steep steps with no lifeguards present is just asking for trouble. As the kids were pushing through they were being knocked by the inflatables which could have easily sent them back down the stairs. A little control is needed i feel, understandably it will be busy during peak times, control is needed. Slides are great, and the park is a nice size. We didn't get searched, however the threat of a fine for bringing in water or food doesn't sit well. We didn't stay long enough for the food, it was too busy.

Had a fantastic day with the family , excellent time had by all. Staff were helpful and attentive. It was definitely worth the money , not too busy .

Big, clean and fun waterpark! Something to do for all age groups. If you plan to buy food there I recommend buying the in-park consumption ticket online. We bought one for 45€ and on site, we could use 60€ which is a pretty good deal. Food is so-so, we ate kebab and it was good :).

The easiness of booking the tickets and getting the online one, also the organized facilities at the water park

Great day out. Easy to get to, cashier on arrival was so friendly and accommodating lovely woman put a bigger smile on my face before going in. Lots of fun, sun beds, places to sit in shade, food, drink, safe environment. You pay at the end as expenditure is accumulated on your wrist band. Negatives Some staff miserable and a little rude around food kiosks. Lockers are expensive and very tight when lots of people want to use them. Floor is baking hot and difficult to walk on. Cashier on way out was really miserable. Photos are expensive and can be a lucky dip unless your lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time or catch them on way in if not like a cattle market. Would go again!

We had a great visit here and so much to do. I would say Monday are the busiest day as it has rather busy. However we did not have to wait long for the slides.
