Epic night & luau experience. But remember — Food horrible. Mai tais horrible (do the fruit punch) BUT the performances & staff & venue excellent + unbeatable activities. Our guide called himself cousin Junior. It lasted approx 30 minutes more than it needed to. Escaping via uber costs 100 usd. Amazing fire dancing.

My family and I had a great experience with the luau. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The activities before the show make you feel like Ohana and are for all ages. To be able to take away something you are helping make and conversating along the way with the islanders is heart warming and so genuine. The food is plenty and very good. The view as well is breathtaking and this is not our first luau on the island, however I highly recommend Paradise Cove. Thank you staff for being so warm and welcoming! Mahalo!

If you go to this luau you want Mo as your bus guide! He made the entire experience! I would’ve given it 1-2 stars with out him. We loved the show but sadly riding out in our tour bus we didn’t get to enjoy anything at the luau until 530 pm. And they closed all activities at 615. We only were able to do the throwing and tattoos. We missed out on hula class, canoe ride, and flower show. It was a bummer. If we would’ve had more time it would’ve been awesome. Dancers were amazing and super sweet. Bus ride there was 2 hours long with traffic and hotel stops. I would recommend driving out yourself so you have more time to do activities. Food was okay. The pork and chicken were amazing but salads and sides were very meh. We made it fun as a family but will be looking for a new one next year.

I purchased this tour online. The website said pickup offered. On the day of the tour, I called the number on the ticket to confirm my pickup, I was told I didn’t have a pickup. Then I called the tour company Viator, the representative checked my information and told me that he sent an email to the pickup guy, everything was ok. When I called that number again for pickup, I was told I didn’t have a pickup. Then I called Viator again. A lady helped this time. She said same thing. Everything was good and just waited for the pickup 5-10 mins earlier. She even gave me a conformation number. Once again, the pickup company told me that I didn’t have a pickup. I had to call Viator again, I told the guy the whole story again. This time the guy found out that I didn’t purchase a pickup. What a joke! First of all, the website really confused me about the pickup. I thought the pickup was included. Secondly why did their representatives not find out that immediately? By the time they found out, there was no transportation available to purchase. I had to take Uber which was much more expensive. This was a really bad experience. Wasted me so much time and money.
