If I could give this tour zero stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and book on Expedia or TripAdvisor Or honestly book with your resort directly! Viator and Wisest Travel are both SCAMS! I booked this activity for 3 pm and the pickup was way earlier than what was on my tickets. So I was in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting before calling to find out pickup was a different time.They stole my money on my birthday then didn’t allow me to reschedule the activity or receive a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Customer service is terrible and all they want is to take your money. Do not book through either of these sites. Especially Wisest Travel.

Staff was amazing from the pickup to the drop off. I’m scared of heights but this was amazing! So beautiful in the air!

They were amazing! We were the only ones on the boat so he let us "drive" rather boat. Got so many amazing pictures. Definitely something we will be doing again! With the $250 price you get parasailing, access to the beach club (which includes an amazing beach) and transport. Everyone was very nice, respectful and made this experience one we will never forget!

This was so much fun! Our guide was great, and it was very easy and relaxing to go up. We loved getting to see the Manta rays from up there.

Horrible communication and services. They do not contact you prior to your excursion. I waited for an hour just to find out they already came by. They did not email, or call to let me know. They refused to give my refund back EVEN THOUGH IT WAS RAINING AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PARASAIL ANYWAY.

The parasailing pick up time was at 8:45 a.m. at our hotel. We were waiting for our pick up where the buses/tours pick up was located at our hotel. We waited until 9 a.m. and walked back into the lobby to enquire with them if we were in the right spot. The people in the lobby reported that the tour operator / driver left at 9:03 when they could not locate us. Meanwhile, I had confirmed with them the night before via What'sAp (as per their request) that we would be there. If they could not located us, I would have expected them to respond via WhatsAp that they were at the location waiting for us. I have screenshots of the message I sent telling them we were in the lobby, however they won't allow me to upload. I am an avid traveler and use Viator and Trip Advisor all of the time when booking excursions, I just want to warn those looking to book. I requested a refund and their response was that we were a "No Show" so would not refund the excursion, which was overpriced to begin with.
