Although the guide did his best, the commentary was mainly inaudible. The coach did not stop for us to take pictures. The cruise has not happened as yet. Could I take it tomorrow? From near the Eiffel tower?

Nice bus and boat but the QR code translator app didn’t work and the translation devices on the bus and boat were inoperable. No one heard anything about the land marks. Nice cruise on the river.

No meaningful address or directions provided for meeting point for tour bus or boat. We missed the bus literally running around for a half hour searching for it. Then they refused to issue a refund. AVOID this company!

Worst tour of our Paris trip. The self guided audio with the couple narration, terrible. Our boat trip, after waiting 1 hour in huge crowds, the boat came but departed empty, no news when a new boat would come. So we left, because there was no information. All you did was drop us off for another operator.

Tour done on 29/4/23 @4:30 pm. This tour was misleading in the way it was described. It was described as a 2:30 hrs in a luxury bus, stop for photos at the Tower and go on the river cruise. The bus was old, no audio sets (just to scan a bar code on the phone, no head phones, no indication on what we were seeing and where) and no stop at the Tower. For the river cruise we were given some tickets that were dated from last year and told that they were valid for one year and go to the docs at anyone time. When we went to the docs we had to line up with thousands of people who had tickets from various different sources so we haven't actually even made it into the boat because of the huge waiting time. The tour organisers haven't taken us to the boat but we were sent to find our own way there before lining up with the rest of the crowd. For tourists with limited time for each activity, this was not what we needed so we had to miss the boat part. We expected to be part of a group in a tour. We will make a formal complaint and ask for a refund.

This was horrible. Ear plugs worked hall the time, meeting place hard to find, disorganized, facts very boring, did not see some major buildings and went by many places twice. A terrible experience.

In short this was the worst tour. First in the description said: "Panoramic tour by luxury air-conditioned coach" What they provided was a tour bus without any AC. Also the headphones didn't work so couldn't hear anything. The tour description said 2 hr bus and 1 hr cruise but the bus tour was only 1 hr. Do don't go with this tour company. We took a different tour with "HISTORY GROUP". They were much better. I would recommend the "HISTORY GROUP" instead of this tour company.

The boat ride was especially good. Bus tour was ok. I would have preferred a live person. The meeting location was very difficult to find.
