  • We were 10mins late and called and they led us on a goose chase to not end up not getting the tickets at all.

  • After travelling to the Paris City Agency and queuing to reach the desk the agent had no record of our booking and told us to come back in half an hour. I waited and re-joined the queue half an hour later to be told that they were fully booked and that Viator had no right confirming our booking without informing them. We had booked this on Feb 5th, 12 days before the tour date. No river cruise was running.
We were able to get on the coach after making a fuss and the fortunate event that 11 people had failed to turn up for the tour. However the coach itself was now quite full and there were only individual seats left so we had to sit separately throughout the coach. Not ideal for a family of four with teenage children. The coach tour was poor as lasting just over an hour. The commentary filled time with French music and the tour guide for the Eiffel Tower when we got off the coach spent 10 minutes organising us into different groups before taking us in the wrong direction. The trip was chaotic and certainly not worth the 255 we paid. There was a 30 minute wait to get security in fact the queue to buy tickets was smaller. When through we were given our tickets and told to go to the North Tower. When we arrived at the North Tower which had no queue we were informed it was the West Tower. At the West Tower we had another 40 minute wait to reach the elevator. It was also unfortunate that the lift to return to the ground broke down.

No river cruise was running and the Paris City Agency just said its not running contact your travel agency. In all we would have been better off just buying the tickets at the Eiffel Tower our self and walking round Paris our self.

  • Unfortunately the weather spoilt the trip ... and the Cruise was cancelled. However, there are other aspects of the trip that were poor. I think possibly not having sufficient detail to begin with was a contributing factor... Only on the day ... as we were dropped at the Eiffel Tower were we informed that the coach would NOT be taking us back to our starting point. We were abandoned at the Tower in pouring rain and had to get a Taxi back to the start point where our bags were as we were not allowed to take them with us at a cost of 20 euro's.
Also, after standing in the rain queuing at the entrance to the Tower for some considerable time the normal queue seemed faster than our skip the line queue we made it through into the grounds of the Tower where the Rep, finally gave us our tickets to enter the Tower itself but this was for entry at 12.30. It was at this time only 11.50 so we had another 40 minutes standing in the pouring rain to wait. The Rep then asked me and my daughter for our tickets back and I tried to hand us 2 new tickets with a time of 1pm on. I spotted this immediately and refused to take them and asked for our original tickets back, which she was not pleased about. She said she wanted the 12.30 tickets to give to 2 clients who had a meal booked at 1.30. I'm sorry, but this was not my problem. I AM 61 YEARS OLD... I was cold and very, very wet and to ask me to stand with no cover in the pouring rain for another 30 minutes was appalling...
This trip was for a 4 hour sightseeing cruise/tour. I understand that the weather was a problem with the cruise, but we were on the coach for about 1 hour and 15mins. It did not stop at any sights, you have to take pictures through the windows as best you could as the coach drove past. The commentary was ok.
I think in all, you could say that I was not terribly happy about this Tour.

  • Our tourist guy was excellent. We couldn't do the Seine River Cruise because of the flood that happened the week prior to our trip.

  • The Seine cruise was cancelled not due to any fault of the operators but still the city tour was super mini lasting less than 90 minutes and leaving most of Paris out. We arrived at the Eiffel Tower one hour before we could get on the lift to go up. Instead of the operator contacting Victor and instructing him to refund us for the cancellation of the cruise they told us to do it ourselves. The check in assistant did not appear to care about giving more information than absolutely necessary. Overall a poor experience.

  • We were very happy with our tour and the company as well. They were very understanding in rebooking us for a later tour as we were late to ours and missed it. They even allowed us to store a bag that wouldn't fit in a locker at the train station as well. We are very grateful for this and for the opportunity to see the highlights of Paris through the river cruise and sightseeing tour. We would definitely do this again and we would definitely use this company!

  • I missed the 1st planned tour bus by 2 minutes and was told by the Tour Agency that the next buses were full. Then they decided to sell me a ticket for 35 excluding the Seine River Cruise due to the water level. I got on the tour bus and it was far from full - less than 20 people considering the capacity of the bus was more - don't know precisely the number. So I was deceived into paying 87 plus 35. The audio box was off, it called out sights that were not visible at that time. I didn't know what was going on - but decided it was a waste of money and the Tour Agency lacked integrity. The only highlight of the trip was skipping through the lines to get into the Eiffel Tower. I didn't like that the top of the bus was not covered and it was cold as heck. At the end of the day, I took a bus ride around Paris. A four hour tour was only 1.5 hours and then a drop off to the Eiffel Tower to occupy the remainder of the 4 hours.

  • The tour is good if you want a quick overview of paris and main highlights. The city tour in the bus is very short and doesn't go through all important sections. The Eiffel tour visit is only up to the second floor and boat tour was ok

  • There were issues with audio as it was lagging during sightseeing tour

  • Tour starts with sightseeing tour which, was OK, as getting in the bus took 25min and we ended up downstairs on a doubledecker where you can't see much and the recorded narration wasn't great. Skipping the line at Eiffel tower is worth it as the lines were long so you save about 30-50min of aggravation. The guide only gets you to the line then you are on your own. River cruise was nice, but again a recorded narration only. No real guide during any of this so a lot of opportunity for engagement lost. Our first time in Paris so this tour was worth it to get a big overview but if you have more time/money get a tour with a guide that can fill in all the empty times.
