Know More about this tour

Enjoy this exclusive private kids-friendly tour of Montmartre with your family! Hundred years ago  this neighborhood was just covered with windmills and vineyards, it was the hill where local artists could easily get a cheap place to live. Here artistic movements as Cubism and Impressionism developed giving birth to modern art.
While engaging your family with nice interesting and educational stories and activities, your guide will bring you to place du Tertre, the artists square, Saint Denis Square and show you the “passer through walls”. You will be able to see old remaining windmills and even a little vineyard. The tour will end with the Sacre Coeur. Your guide will share with you all the secrets of such a wonderful church before getting inside: it is a Church and silence for prayers should be maintained. Both parents and kids will love this extraordinary Montmartre Tour!
You will meet your top-rated kids friendly guide just outside the Blanche Metro Station and your 2 hour walking tour will start! You will not miss Amelie Poulin grocery store, the “I love you wall”, place Emile Goudeau and the workshop where Picasso invented Cubism.

This tour was ok but didn’t feel it was worth the amount we paid. Our guide was very nice but not hugely charismatic. I don’t feel like we really got anything out of it we couldn’t have done walking around in our own.

Our tour with Agathe was excellent. She made sure we knew where to meet her at the start of the tour. During the tour we learned so much about Montmartre and enjoyed our time exploring this part of Paris.

Having a guide to visit a neighborhood makes such a huge difference. Our guide, Agathe, was thoughtful, engaging, and full of interesting stories. We gained so much more insight than we would have ambling around on our own. Unfortunately, the day we went was so crowded that we ran out of time to go inside Sacre Couer which was disappointing. But we loved our tour, nonetheless.

Tatiana was a great guide for this adventure! She knows history and has many interesting stories to share. She was especially responsive to our two 11 year olds in our family group and sought to bring them in to the activity. Our experience was enriched by her presence.

We took our boys age 8 and 11 to Paris in March for Spring Break and our older kids age 25 and 27. We signed up for a few kid-friendly tours through Viator and this was one of them. We not only arrived late to the site we went to the wrong location which was clearly our fault for not reading and paying attention. Our tour guide, Valerie, was awesome and found us and was so nice about it. It was a great weather day and wonderful to walk around and see and hear about the Sacre Couer and Montmartre area. Valerie was so information and fun. She gave the kids little gifts and gave us good tips on other things to see and do on our trip. We just loved it and can't recommend the tour and Valerie enough!
