The museum pass is good for the 4 days and does cover many of the main museums. However, in order to use the pass, you need reservatons at many of the museums, which are very hard to come by. Also, please note that many museums are closed Sunday and Monday. The pass advertises that you skip the line. What they mean is that you skip the line to purchase tickets, which was not long at all. The long line, that you do not skip, is security and entry at the time you reserved online (that time which is very hard to come by).

The Paris Museum pass was helpful in avoiding long ticket lines. The only time we had to wait was for security bag checks. Very efficient. Can't use it for the Eiffel Tower.

The tour operator never responded to any of my questions. The ticket office (all of them actually) was closed even though signs said they were open. The phone number for them was invalid. Googling them turned up zero helpful results.Calling Viator was no help. I told them I've been trying to contact the vendor for several days with no response. Viator said that because it was less than 24 hours before my ticket started, there was nothing they would do about it. I explained that I thought the tour operstornwas fraudulent, and they "put in a request to the operator for a refund for me." Absolute BS. I've contacted my bank to investigate and get my money back. Do not book these tickets through here. They're also WAY cheaper (at least 20 euro) if you buy them locally.

Unable to purchase E Ticket online from parismuseumpass,fr? Is this website defective? Does anyone have any helpful insight?

  • 09-May-2022

Terrible experience. Before purchasing, I was told the pass would be emailed to me. Instead I received a voucher, which I was supposed to take to the airport to exchange for the pass! This was impossible given time, distance and added cost of going to the airport. Very disappointed. I am still awaiting a refund.
