Pro's:
1. The tour guide and narrative were above average.
2. The journey was comfortable and on-time.
Con's:
1. A luxury Bus connotes a restroom - our bus had no restroom.
2. The description of the Paris departure point was vague at best. -
Easy to find the shuttle, loved our guide.

This tour made our visit to Versailles very pleasant. A very good way to see Versailles!
-
Great way to out to the Palace without the worry of traffic, and it is a nightmare. We only used the shuttle service but you can do the guided tour but we wanted to see it all at our own pace.
-
Very easy way to get to Versailles for days when the train isn't running. Comfy bus with a glass top so you get great views as you are traveling outside of the city.

Lots of guests arguing with this tour company when I went to their office. Seems like they're not doing so well.
They seemed organized aside from the fact of holding up a line, giving miscommunication, and refusing to re-accomodating you if there's an issue on their part....
I would not recommend. It's 7 euros to take the train from the Effil tower, which is just as nice to Versailles - do that instead.

A very comfortable way to travel . There are many ways of getting to Versailles from Paris but this was one of the less expensive and comfortable ways of doing it . We just booked for the bus but you can also pre- book your tickets at the same time . Just a bit of information if you really want to see all of Versailles take a least the all day pass . The half day tours are not enough time to see everything . Even a full day is pushing it . The bus was on time , clean and had a washroom . The staff were pleasant and very helpful . Could not ask for more .
