    Vale assolutamente la pena visitare il bellissimo caseificio in cui viene fatto un tour del caseificio, viene spiegato come viene prodotto il parmigiano e si conclude con la degustazione dell'ottimo formaggio. L'organizzazione è precisa e puntuale, e la modalità della visita nella prima parte della mattinata permette di avere una giornata piena davanti. Assolutamente consigliato!

    We enjoyed the tour! The pickup process was quite chaotic, and our driver was 15 minutes late - so we were left wondering if anyone was coming to get us. But someone did eventually show up and the tour itself was great. It did last about 30 minutes longer than the tour description had indicated so thankfully we had built in some buffer time to our agenda as we were catching a train later that day.

    This was a great opportunity to see a local business, learn about cheese making, and taste some very good cheese. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. On this trip we are enjoying seeing lots of amazing museums and cathedrals, but this was a welcome change of pace.
