Chef Hassan was amazing!!! We had such a great time! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The sauce with our fresh made pasta was our best meal while in Roma! Definitely made our Roma experience the best! -
We had a great time. We made our own pasta , then learned how to make the different cuts and shapes. Joe, the instructor did an excellent job. Then we got to eat our own pasta with our choice of sauce. A definite must do.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed this pasta making class with Hassan. He explained ingredients and techniques very well and offered the right amount of help to make sure our dough turned out well. We would definitely recommend this. The lunch following the class was yummy too!!

We arrived at the restaurant to be greeted by a glass of Prosecco! Hassan was an amazing teacher - taking us through making pasta step by step. We even got to eat the pasta with 3 additional courses at the end! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I participated in this pasta making class led by Vincenzo on our last night in Rome. IT WAS AWESOME. We started with some prosecco and then quickly got to work learning how to make pasta by hand. Vincenzo was very thorough and helpful, and we definitely learned how to make our own pasta! Afterwards, our noodles were cooked in whatever sauce we picked (about 3 choices). We had about a 4 course meal plus drinks and espresso or limoncello (all included). This class/experience is well worth it!

The restaurant was easy to find and we were greeted with a glass of prosecco. We were the later class, so we waited for about 30 minutes while the other class was finishing making their pasta. Once the other class finished, they set up the tables and materials so that we were able to make the pasta. Our instructor was nice, but could have been more personable and explained a bit more about the pasta making process. She said the basics and we followed along. This was very fun. We had a friendly group of people around us. After we finished making the pasta, they sat us. Unfortunately, they did not have enough room for us to stay with our group, so we ended up sitting with other people in the restaurant. We felt a little bit on an island. The food took a long time to make. They prioritized their other customers over the cooking class, so be prepared to wait. We were there for about 3 hours. The food ended up being okay. By far, not even close to the best we had while we were in Rome. However, we were proud of our pasta making and still enjoyed the experience. If you are interested in this, I would go during a less busy time or the earlier evening class.

This was my favorite thing to do in Rome hands down. The instructor was awesome and we really learned how to make fresh pasta. We even made it as soon as we got back to the US and the technique stuck with us. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone I know who visits Rome! So worth it!

It was very fun but a location with air conditioning would be better. The heat was the only drawback

we really enjoy the pasta making class. The entire meal was enjoyable, loved the restaurant etc. In the future, would like to also learn how to make the sauce, so the dish would be complete.

Very fun experience with our family and at a fair price. It got started a little late but the Chef gave us great attention during the class.
