Our disappointment only falls with our guide. He was super friendly, fun and attentive. It was his accent that disappointed us. He said he had came to Hawaii about 35 years ago but we felt as if he may have arrived just a couple of years ago. Very strong with made it hard for us to understand him. He obviously enjoys his job.

This is a must see experience. Our guide (Jimmy) was great. I learned so much. Our guide gave us some history and allowed us to explore. It was great to see punch bowl and the Kings Palace too.

We had travel problems and needed to reschedule. The Viator customer service was not very much help at all. The actual tour group Royal Hawaiian Limo worked with us to set up the tour on another day. Looking back I would suggest taking the full day, so you can tour the sub, battleship and the museum on Ford Island.

    Highly recommend.

Tour guide was professional and knowledgable. He pointed out many other interesting places and facts on the return drive from Pearl Harbor. Pick up at our hotel on time. It would have been much cheaper to go there without being in the tour but this way we didn't have to worry about transportation there and back since we had no rental car.

A very special place treated and managed so very appropriately by the staff. Our tour guide was very informative.

There are many longer options this one was for a total of approximately 3 to 4 hours and unless you really want to delve into the history this is probably adequate where you see a 25 min movie then two exhibits which can each take about 45 minutes and give good background museums and then boat ride to the Arizona. Good deal for $40

This was a great tour to take in before boarding the cruise ship. Our driver, John G., was prompt picking us up at our hotel and even got us there in time for the 0800 flag raising (recommend that). He walked us into the park, explained what we were seeing, described the time line for our visit, and made recommendations for our visit. The park itself is beautiful and humbling. Seeing the Arizona in the water was a reminder of our history. Several visitors were from other countries and had no idea what Pearl Harbor means to us. The museums and film explained everything fully. The boat ride to the memorial was pleasant and just the right length. Visiting the memorial was a little crowded and not very long there - recommend going as early in the day as possible as we were told the crowds are larger throughout the day, especially after the cruise ship docks. We were lucky to visit the memorial since it had been closed until about 2 months ago. Our guide met us at the gate and drove everyone back to their hotels (the vehicle was a large van so not a huge group). John G. was remarkable in his knowledge of Oahu and pointed out many sights along the drive. I highly recommend using this company for a tour if they are all this efficient and professional.

Considering the early lineups to get tickets for the Arizona Memorial everyone should book this tour.

For our family, this was our first trip to Hawaii and to visit Pearl Harbor. After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, my father enlisted in the Navy and served 2 years in Pearl Harbor. To visit this Memorial with children and grandchildren was an incredibly powerful and moving experience.
Mo picked up our family group of 10 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village bus station. In route to Pearl Harbor, he noted local points of interest and entertained us with some fun encounters as a professional guide and limo service driver. We appreciated the “no wait” service to enter the Memorial and he gave us a clear description of what to expect and where to meet him afterwards. We would highly recommend this tour and thank Mo for a beautiful day of remembering.
