The length of the line varies, but this will cut into your time at Pearl Harbor as we cannot keep those who did not bring bags in waiting for those who do. Clear bags, medical supplies (as long as it fills the container that it is in), very small bags (that you cannot fit your hand into), small cameras, and cellular phones are allowed. Both our tour guides John and Eddie were excellent. Made the process so easy. No lines no hassle. Good information to make the best of your visit. We did the Memorial, Battleship Missouri, and submarine tour. Highly recommend audio tour. You are on your own after initial orientation. You don’t stay with a group which we enjoyed. Ladies do not take a bag. No exceptions. Wallets allowed. You can use a clear zip lock bag though. Great time. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! The drivers are very knowledgeable and get you right where you need to be and explain everything. Worth it to be able to visit such a historic place.

  • 17-Feb-2020

Drivers were great and transportation was comfortable, but it seemed a bit pricey for a ride to Pearl and a short city tour.

A must place to visit and pay your respects to our WWII veterans. Go aboard the USS Missouri and down into a submarine. You won't regret going.

Eddie Holt was absolutely fabulous! Knowledge AND presentation spot on!!! He’s a gem! The attraction was as expected, but the driver/host was just amazing!!!

Our driver was fantastic. The issue with the tour is that the guide leaves us right inside the entry. His advice was helpful, but I am not sure we needed so much time and could have added aviation museum to the day. It would be good if the description explained that one can do everything on their own, as we really only needed a ride to/from the site. We skipped the in-town portion and ended up taking uber back because finished early. Not a great bargain for the price paid.

Highly recommendable for everyone - a must for all who were not taught to appreciate peace! This memorial site fills a whole day - allow for sufficient time - at least 7 - 8 hours.

Just drive, Uber or taxi to the site. The Viator trip adds no value whatsoever. It is not a guided trip, contrary to the representation. They just drive you there, and hand out tickets. Faster and much cheaper to just go directly without Viator. Also, no "front of the line". You just line up for everything, the same as everyone else there. Finally, access to the Arkansas, which is the real point of going, is free. We have done many Viator trips in the past, but not sure that we will do another. This one was a rip off.

Great tour with great guide/driver. Although the guide dose not escort you through the Pearl harbor experience, he was most helpful in getting us organized for our visit. Would have liked a little more time at Pearl harbor since there is so much to see, The tour of Honolulu high lights afyrt PH was a great add on.

We had a wonderful day at Pearl Harbor, we did the Arizona, Missouri and the Bowfin and then historic sites in Honolulu. Tom was our driver, very informative. Had a great day. Highly recommend this tour.
