What a beautiful place to memorialize history of our blessed soldiers and civilians who lost their lives to give us ours

Your people should be present at the site to help facilitate the program. We paid you for a non service! No one was there to help us and as a result, we were not allowed to board the vessel that takes people to the Arizona! A very sad waste of time and money! Others that use your service, need to know our terrible experience!

Don’t book via trip advisor- book through the government website for recreation because it is the only way to reserve a time for the boat out to the USS Arizona Memorial. We booked through trip advisor and had to wait an hour and a half on standby with our three teenagers to get out there. Otherwise Pearl Harbour was well worth the visit- educational and moving.

Entrance to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites is free, but to visit the USS Arizona Memorial takes a reservation. Which can be made months in advance. If you wait till you arrive, tickets may be gone. The self guided audio tour utilizes a cell phone type device and earbuds. Jamie Lee Curtis narrates the tour. There are markers bearing tour numbers throughout the site and you enter the number to hear that segment of information. It’s a very user friendly operation. The virtual reality is a fun way to get a better perspective of the attack as it happened. There are two small museums on site. While interesting, it seems they would have more displays and artifacts than they did. They are still worth taking the time to go through however. We found taking the tour and doing the VR took us a few hours prior to our scheduled time for the boat ride out to the memorial. Although the web sight will warn you to get there early, we found that private tour groups from Honolulu made this an early stop and made things far more crowded. By noon they were gone and the remaining crowd much less, making the experience more enjoyable.

Pearl Harbor was an amazing experience. The price was less than anything else I could find. Afterwards I still think you made a mistake by giving it at such a low price. Even with paying for our own transportation it was still less expensive than any of the tours offered by the hotel or other online.

Visiting memorials is always a sobering experience. The Arizona was even more so because of the pains taken my the on-site military and staff to remind us that there were 900+ marines and sailors still entombed at the site. I was skeptical of the short visit to the monument itself, but it turned out to be about right. It’s likely that if you want more time, you could just take a subsequent ferry. Took an audio tour of the visitor center and monument, which was pretty good. I was glad to see mention of some of America’s missteps as well, such as the the internment camps. Overall a great experience.

Great information. Loved going at my own pace. It was very hot the day we went and there were very few seats in the shade. With the number of seniors that might be something for the park to consider.

No information not provided by the publicly available information and videos. Pretty tedundent. Not really of value.

Well, I wanted this to be the best experience ever, as I have been waiting for this for many years it was a horrible experience. I was told the boat tour experience was not included, which was fine, but went directly to the website. There were no availabilities when I called they asked me to wait. Once I spoke to someone, they assured me I could arrive and purchase tickets. When we arrived, we were told no bags allowed. It would’ve been helpful to know that before hand. Another $14 then will spend to check in our bags. Only to find once we entered, we could get bags that were not clear. Where in gods name does this make sense? I have to say, very disappointed with Viator for not giving us a heads up.
